Walked in after 20 mins order was not ready even though the board said ready. Sat there for 20 mins still not ready. Then still sitting there a worker walks around in a hoodie vaping in the kitche around the food. No wonder they close down every other Month. I wont be back.

Ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and drink back in July. Order was delivered without the drink. When I asked the delivery driver where the drink was he replied…oh yeah, it does doesn’t it. Decided to get credit to my account, but never received it. Took on good faith and ordered today. 1 pizza…called to see if my pizza was on its way almost 1.5 hours after order placed. They answered and they never started the order. Said they lost the ticket. My pepperoni lovers pizza is only half and half cheese.

Wow, when the cook has his pants sagging and pulling underwear while cooking with no gloves or anything on, just wow, real sanitary, then tell you your order is ready and after you pay they say it will be a few min. Not professional at all.

I came in to place a carry out order.
The attendant was rude and immediately had an attitude when she told me it would be 20 mins for carry out. I hesitated but told her that was fine. As I was placing my order, she continued to have an attitude.
When it was time for me to pay- she didn’t hand me the receipt nor pen for me to complete my transaction.
This is my first time in town and will definitely be my last time purchasing at this location. Customer experience is how you get return customers.

Open the door to walk inside, it was smokey smoke smoke train. & The thickest cheese in all of Pt Coupee! Ordered a large but medium was made. They made me another lrg but that took another 15min. Paid for dbl pepperoni of course I got skimmed on that. I’m good on this location. I’ll go somewhere else.

Ordered food before I left my house, we went to the grocery store an everything! Got to oizza hut food still was not ready waited 15 mins. Lady tells me that they dont have the sauce for the noodles. ok fine not a big deal!! take it off the $60 they just spent for pizza! Finally get the food but she cant refund the pasta since it was the $7 deal or whatever asked if I wanted something else said no I wasnt waiting another hour with starving kids in the car!! Called I guess the manager this lady gone say either I had to get something else or refund everything pay again! Mind you it was not my card an I didnt have my wallet!! Long story short waited a hour for pizza, they failed to call an say that were out of something, an still didnt get the damn pizza!!! Since they supposely couldnt refund what THEY didnt have!!!

This place needs to close! My husband went in and ordered a pizza because once again online ordering was not available. Got home and got settled. The pizza had marinara sauce versus the garlic Parmesan sauce he asked for. We tried several times to contact them. The first time somebody picked up the phone and hung it up. The next three times I called, somebody finally answered and placed me on hold to never come back. I tried calling a few more times to not get an answer. I don’t live close to this establishment. I will try and go tomorrow.

I order from here all the time and it seems to get progressively worse. I think after the last visit, it will be just that. I order via online and it never really gets messed up. This time, I ordered the same as always. App says 15min so I set a timer for 20 and drive is 5. I get there and the staff blatantly ignore me as I stand at the front counter and greet them. I pay for the pizza and am not handed a pizza nor told how long it will take. Other people come in and out and order, wait, and get their food. While I’m stuck waiting for an extra 30mins for a pizza I already paid for. Turns out it was in the hotbox the whole time and they decided to check before they closed so that they wouldn’t have to make another. Good job!
