I want to take a moment to recognize Marcus, the manager at Pizza My Heart, for going above and beyond with his customer service. We had an unfortunate situation where our pizza was stolen after delivery, and it was incredibly frustrating. Marcus immediately stepped in, took the situation seriously, and made it right without hesitation. He ensured our order was remade and redelivered in a very timely manner, and he followed through to make sure it got directly into our hands.
His professionalism, accountability, and genuine care completely turned around what could have been a negative experience. It’s rare to find someone who handles issues with such efficiency and empathy. Because of Marcus, we’ll absolutely continue supporting Pizza My Heart. Outstanding service like this truly makes a difference.

Pizza My Heart is a fantastic pizza spot! They offer a great variety of both classic and specialty pies, catering to all tastes. While I’ve tried several, the Big Sur is hands down my favorite, it’s very flavorful! When you’re craving pizza, this place never disappoints.

I’ve never been here before. I love the beach vibe/concept. I love that every table looks to be like a booth. Theres plenty of street/metered parking in the area.
The pizza was good. I love how it was
thin and crispy crust. They were not stingy with the toppings. The slices are long and slender versus a wide cut pizza. We also had soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies and some beer.
The staff were awesome. Very nice and cheerful, you can tell they like what they do. They were happy to serve us.

Tried it for the first time on Valentine’s Day because they have a heart shaped pizza I was bringing to a lunch thing. Pizza was great. Service was great. I’ll definitely be back.

What a gem in downtown Walnut Creek!
I never knew we had such a cool, traditional American pizza place with an outstanding surfing vibe. Kudos to the owners for designing and running such an awesome restaurant and for having great employees at this location. Alex greeted us with a smile and gave amazing recommendations for pizza styles we didn’t know existed. We ordered an 18-inch pizza for the three of us, and it was more than enough!
Manresa (with cheese) and Big Sur (with roasted garlic) were excellent, proposed by the host Alex (who gets the 5⭐️) selections.
The restaurant’s design is stylish, with surfboards covering the walls and an authentic yellow dining table with the logo at the center. There’s an intriguing memorial picture path to the restrooms.
Thanks again for the good times, and I hope to see you very soon.

I must admit, this Pizza My Heart is the best of all (kudos to several other PMH locations/crews) — a highlight of any Walnut Creek visit! Thanks to Marcos, Rain, and Isabel for their outstanding customer service and the cooking/baking skills of Martin and Julio! What a selection of delicious slices and salads! Get a card to add up slices, salads, and pop for great deals for family and/or return visits! Your place is appealing and roomy, and restrooms clean. Thanks for all the sprinklings of basil, oregano, and more, too. Gotta get back soon!!

We’ve been long time customers of this Pizza My Heart location. Usually take out and always because they have amazing dairy free cheese and vegan pizza options. One of us gets meat with the vegan cheese (lactose intolerant) and the rest of us usually get fully vegan pizza. We are never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the pizza is always done on time and hot. Inside the store is nice as well and I think we have eaten lunch inside once. Highly recommend.
