I went through the drive thru roughly around 8:20pm. Ordered 3 whoopers and a chicken nuggets meal. They made me wait 15 mins in the window before I actually got my food. The person in the window didn’t ask me if I needed sauces they just threw my food at me. Once I got home, the MEAT, BREAD, FRIES, AND ONION RINGS were ice COLD!! The lettuce on the burgers was OLD and soggy! Just HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! And they didn’t give me a receipt! They act like they have such a HUGE LINE OR SO MANY CUSTOMERS!

the last 3 times coming here they have messed my order up every time….even kindly approached them an had them remake it 2 times even by the 3 rd time they still messed it up told them strictly strictly only mustard pickle jalapeno only on the vegan impossible burger …they messed up 3 times today an 3 other times I ordered from here……the people’s attitudes aren’t all that great there an they always messed the order up……now the cleaning of the place is excellent very well kept an clean i will say

This was a very clean establishment and the food was hot and fresh. The server’s were patient, kind, and helpful. I usually go through the drive thru instead of eating inside. I find that service is slower inside, but the service here was fast, friendly, and pleasant. I would definitely go here often if it was near my home, but I will eat here when visiting family in the area. Pleasantly surprised with great service.

Best Burger King we’ve ever experienced!! We’ve been several times and the staff is always nice, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always fresh! Even if they have slightly messed up our order a time or two, they are quick to resolve it. We’ve noticed Burger King’s never attain an overall 4-star rating or higher. Well, this Burger King deserves a better rating!

Would give less stars if possible.. 10 minutes in line, no cars in front, lady finally walks out says drive thru isn’t working ( her words not mine). Ordered 1 whopper with cheese no onions and 8 CT jalapeno poppers. Paid cash wasn’t given receipt, no biggie. Except that the jalapeno poppers were still frozen… Pulled around told the lady she brought another order out. Asked if I wanted to check them. Didn’t want to open all 8 . Checked 1 it was ok. (For reference sake this lady was very nice, I just didn’t catch her name). Kept my way back to Baytown opened the burger. Meat has cold water coming from it. And 3 of the next 4 jalapeno poppers once again frozen in the middle.. took until after 6pm to get a phone call answered. Only to be told to come back or call back tomorrow. Now my order happened at about 1150 am. So yeah won’t be getting food from here again.

Although I got here about 30 minutes before they closed, I ordered and got my food really fast, the manager at the register was very helpful. I noticed how clean this place is, how well the workers work together, and how fast they get the food out. This place has free wi-fi and outlets and TV. This is definitely the best fast food location that I have seen in a very long time.

I love the fish sandwich at Burger King but this location has a lot to be desired. Not very friendly. Also, they changed the pickles and they changed the way they make the quarter pounder, they no longer put Lettuce and tomatoes on it.

The place was clean, the people were nice but the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way for my chicken sandwich and I was missing an order of chicken nuggets and the one order of chicken nuggets I did get were over cooked like that had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time.

Not one to leave reviews, but you would think that when a Chick-Fil-A opens right next door to you taking 90% of your business, you would go above and beyobd to earn that business back.
