We had gluten free veggie pizza and GF Hawaiian. The veggie was AMAZING. Hawaiian was good, probably should’ve added jalapeño but was wanting to keep it baby friendly. My baby has bad allergies to wheat n gluten n she didn’t have a reaction to their pizza so is truly GF, wheat free.

We always got take out. But on Friday we went to dine in. We were seated and the waitress to our drink order. Bought out two fountain drinks. Said she would be right back. After about 10 minutes I noticed she was working the counter, so we waited and waited. She never came back. I tried to wave and call another server but was ignored. Finally we just got up and left. We ate at another Italian restaurant. I couldn’t believe the bad service. It wasn’t all that busy either. Lots of open tables. Won’t go back there for a long time.

I love the pizza definitely a 10/10 but my ultimate favorite is their Ceasar Salad with chicken. The chicken is well marinated and cooked perfectly. They make their own croutons which makes the salad stand out from the rest. Regular portion size can feed 2 people and it comes with breadsticks. I will also give credit to the store owner for always providing immaculate service and for going above and beyond to make the customer happy. We had an issue with our delivery and received the wrong order from (Uber) we called the restaurant and although he was closing soon, he offered to make us a brand new salad for pick up. They will always have loyal customer from me.

I tried the delivery this time and it was the hottest pizza we’ve ever had delivered. The wings here are big and absolutely smothered in sauce, the sweet chili is the best imo. This is some of the best pizza I’ve had since I left my home town of Galveston Texas where we had a true Sicilian family who made the best pizza, it’s called Mario Brothers if you ever get there. If you are eating pizza anywhere else here in Wesley Chapel you aren’t eating real pizza!!

We’ve been living in this area for about 15 years and have been frequent customers of this pizza place for the past 5–8 years. The pizza has always been excellent — great taste, consistently delicious, and the customer service has always been amazing.
Unfortunately, during our last two visits (picked up order myself) we found a hair in the pizza. The first time we brushed it off — things happen. However, it happened AGAIN today(male black hair on the cheese topping) when we ordered pizza for a small family gathering, and it was discovered accidentally at the table, which was quite embarrassing.
We also noticed that some of not most of staff does not wear hair protection (hats, hair nets, etc.), which may be contributing to the issue.
We truly love this place and have supported it for years, so we’re sharing this feedback in hopes it will be taken seriously and addressed, as we would love to continue ordering from here with full confidence.

Food was amazing as usual. But, point of sale staff not professional and not experienced. If the order is running 2O minutes later than the scheduled pick up time, just tell us and be up front! Stop saying it’s only going to be a couple minutes. We placed the order online at approximately 1:30 for a 5:30 pickup. But, the excuses given to me by the staff was not acceptable….The lasagna was frozen and so it takes longer; we had a big catering order call in 30 minutes ago. When the order was ready not even we are sorry for the delay!

I’ve been coming to this place for over 9 years and never had a bad pizza from them. The staff is always friendly and quick. My only issue with this place would be the smell. Even my mom who Came here weekly stop coming due to whatever plumbing issues they’re having. I don’t think they even realize how much business they are losing due to the smell. It makes me want to pick up a pizza from them less than less because it is never fixed. But again, the Margarita pizza is always superb.
