Also love I can get a chocolate Coke there!
I hear the shakes are great but I never get one.
Burgers are good, topping choices are real good although too many have a cost. Burgers don’t usually measure up to a lot of the fancy places nowadays.
Sometimes stuff is too greasy.
What I will say is, I’ve eaten here a handful of times with my family and never had a bad experience. The food has been tasty. The prices are reasonable. And the staff have always been friendly and helpful.
One minor criticism: The menu should be streamlined. It can be a bit overwhelming (for a burger joint). There’s a lot on there, and doesn’t really need to be…
Really, who’s going to a place called “Cheeburger Cheeburger” and ordering chicken? And I’m willing to bet there are other dishes on there that almost never get ordered, and should probably be dropped.
But like I said, it’s a minor point.
It’s hamburgers and milkshakes, folks. Not a lot to it. If you’re in the Olney area and you’re craving a burger, this is the place to go.
Service has always been great through the years.
Kids & I always like to sit at the soda counter.
Even the somewhat pedestrian iceberg-lettuce-based salad has a pretty huge range of stuff you can put on it. If you can’t get a salad you like here, you’re probably dissatisfied with other parts of your life too.
The only downcheck I’ve ever had here: sometimes the fries come out with an peculiar note in their taste. I suspect this is consequence of their fried pickles appetizer. I like the fried pickles, but I suspect — total conjecture here — that sometimes, somehow they leave a vinegar flavor in the fryer, which is taken up by subsequent batches of french fries.
