Pizza Man has the best sausage in Stillwater – keeps us coming back – and the sauce has a nice spicy balance. Although they don’t offer thin crust we always ask for their regular crust to spread out more than usual. Has become something of a weekly thing. Want to have some fun – ask them about cutting the pizzas in square or triangular pieces.

It’s a great day when Pizza Man is on the table. There’s a lot of great pizzas in Stillwater but Pizza Man is really hard to beat. Crust is second to none, sauce is great and they don’t skimp on toppings. No dining room so it’s hard to rate atmosphere.

Love the pizza but horrible customer service experience. Repeated issues with a particular employee entering my address wrong into their card system on delivery orders. Had it. happen with multiple cards. After verifying the issues were not with my cards but an error in how they were being entered, I attempted to call back on my most recent order. The gentleman who had taken my order (same as in previous instances) was extremely rude and said he was canceling my order and just wouldn’t place orders to us anymore, even though the mistake was on his end. I attempted to tell him I had just talked to my card company and they told me they were entering it incorrectly, but rather than listening, he threw a temper tantrum and just said he refused to take orders from us again and hung up on me. On a previous occasion with a different card, a different employee had it go through just fine when this same employee was saying the system was rejecting it for the address. It’s clearly a training issue, but he can’t change it if he refuses to even hear he’s making an error. He talked over me and refused to hear/believe it was any error on his part. Incredibly rude and uncalled for. Total shame as we love their pizza. Have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by someone in the service industry.

Not only is Eric, the owner, a really nice person, he makes the BEST pizza I have ever had! When I am out-of-state or out of the country, I crave his pizza even more! No one beats his sausage! And, his cheese is the real deal!

So sorry to say but I have to update here. Customer service is Extremely Poor. Impatient and Angry. One night my CC failed and when I offered my backup (there was no issue w/my checking; just a call out from bank which does happen for security purposes from time to time). I offered a new card and was yelled at by the service rep and again by the owner telling me they could not accept my new card. I insisted and of course our order went through. This is NOT the first time we’ve received such inordinate and frankly “angry” service. My ask would be: if you are THAT angry you are in business then DON’t be in business at ALL! I have worked the service industry and well know it is NOT easy. You reflect Quite poorly Pizza Man of Stillwater, MN and now your new SIL subordinate. Wish you the best; but I will NOT be ordering again. EVER.

House made dough and shredded mozzarella. It cost more to make a pizza of this quality. The authentic flavors justify the price. IMHO
Tacos are great to throw on any order.
