Basically all 5 Star reviews in the last 2 months. Was here on a Sat night picking up order. Watched at least 30-40 cars come in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. They are crushing it and are deserving of it. Tip, order pizza “thin crust.” Great subs and wings. Amazing fries (crispy) and curly fries. Enjoy them!

Ordered over the phone from here last night, right before they closed, on the way home from a long night at the hospital with our son. We get home and I am missing my drink from the combo order and there was no buffalo sauce on the buffalo tenders my husband ordered. We finally got a chance to call back this evening. I had to explain the issue 3x, as the phone was passed around. I was told they don’t sell buffalo tenders, I advised they should have said that at the time of the order. The last lady I talked to, apparently the one that took our order, said she told us that they didn’t sell them. We both said she didn’t. She wanted to go back and forth talking over me. I was told to come to Pizza Man for the drink and bring the tenders FROM LAST NIGHT for a refund . Before I disconnected the call, I told her to keep the drink, I’ll write my review, goodbye. I did get an apology for the inconvenience but there was no real intention of making it right. We have too much going on with a child in the hospital to deal with this silliness and poor customer service.
As I was writing this review, someone from Pizza Man called my husbands cell and advised us to come get the drink, a refund for the tenders and get a 30%credit for a future order. I appreciated the offer, barely, because I was still heated I even had to explain it 3xs and basically be called a liar. We won’t be coming back for the drink, refund or a future order. They aren’t giving food away, we PAY for it, so it should be right. Sad too because my sub was delicious, however, I just can’t tolerate poor customer service. Not worth it to return.

I have been here twice. No complaints. However, this 3rd visit I found hair in my food. Long curly hair. I am not sure at what point it came in contact with my food. However, it’s going to be a no for me. Friendly staff but hair nets need to be worn. Food was good until I came across the hairs. If you order look at your food thoroughly.

I ordered a thin crust pizza Margherita. The crust was thin but tasteless. The real problem was the fact that a large section of the pizza was completely missing the cheese and sauce. They had placed a plastic container of garlic butter on the pizza! Definitely not worth the $18 price for a medium pie.

When I used to manage a mechanic spot down on Northern Parkway and Reisterstown Rd. We use to order pizza from this location every now and then. They have the best pizza on this side of town. Recently, my sons and I ordered pizza from Pizza Man and it’s still the best. I accidentally ordered a pizza from Pizza Man on Liberty Road about a month ago. That was a total mistake. I meant to order my pizza from this location, Pikesville. That was a total waste of money. After trying to eat one slice of that pizza, I threw the rest away. The cheese wasn’t real. It wouldn’t melt. Before it melted, it turned brown with cold unmelted “so called” cheese under. Never again…
Last night I had a long day and decided to order pizza for my family and myself. That eliminated cooking dinner ️ last night. I ordered the 20 inch Monster Pizza with pineapples and pepperonis. The pepperonis were well done and the pizza I seasoned. I couldn’t wait until we got to the house. Man that was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while.
Since the last time we ordered from this location almost 2 months ago.

First time here and I really enjoyed the spinach white pizza. It was very fresh, and the crust was soft and chewy yet sufficiently crispy. The quality of the crust makes me eager to try their calzones and stromboli.

Order here often. Not issues. Today I ordered loaded fries and an American cold cut. They sent me the pizza fries and an Italian cold cut. I called back they sent the order again however the fries were charred and not edible. I called a 3rd time and they told me they sent the correct order. I explained how I’m not satisfied with the quality and I would like them to send it again. He tried to offer me a credit, I decline. I offered to send a picture so he could see for himself how terrible this is. He finally he agreed to resend the order. The quality was better but not great. The hassle was unnecessary and uncalled for. Will never order from them again!

My coworkers and I order from this place a lot. We usually order chicken wings, fries and subs. Well today, we should’ve stuck with the old plan. I wanted to get fancy and order a turkey sandwich on wheat with all of the fixings. Big mistake!!!! I Could hardly find any turkey on the sandwich. They took 2 pieces of turkey lunch meat and folded it. It was Very disturbing! I will not order anymore sandwiches from this place.
