I recently stopped by Pizza Luca and was seriously impressed. The pizza was absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked crust, great flavor, and you can tell they care about quality ingredients. The cannolis were fresh and delicious, with that ideal balance of creamy filling and crisp shell.
What really surprised me, though, was the salad. It was simple — just lettuce, croutons, and dressing — but somehow it tasted incredible. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and done right. If you’re in Staunton and craving great pizza (plus a surprisingly great salad and dessert), this spot is definitely worth checking out.

We had a fantastic dinner at Luca Pizza tonight! We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs—perfectly seasoned and juicy.
I went with the Pepperoni Peppadew pizza, and it was outstanding. The wood-fired crust was cooked to absolute perfection: crisp on the outside, chewy inside, with that great charred flavor. The cupped pepperoni gave those delicious crispy edges, and the sweet peppadew peppers added a wonderful contrast. I added a sprinkle of chili flakes for a little heat.
Service was friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. Everything came out hot and timely.

This was my first time there. I’m in town visiting a friend and they made it known we had to go there. We got the #1 pepperoni peppadew and the #7 spicy soppressata and hot honey pizza. Both were fantastic and I wish I could have shared them with my Italian grandparents. We also got their orange and pistachio cannoli. The cannoli was delicious, with the filling to be light, and fluffy rather than dense and overly sweet. I found that to be a perfect dessert for a great meal. I cant wait for my next trip out here to try more of their food. Sadly the cannoli didn’t last long enough to get a picture of it.

Great spot to grab a slice. My server accidentally forgot to place my order but was upfront about it, which I appreciated. To his credit, the place was packed and he was clearly doing his best. He offered to comp a salad to make up for it, which I gladly accepted since I was starving. Honestly, if he hadn’t mentioned it, I probably wouldn’t have noticed the delay. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for good pizza and friendly service!

In town for the day, we decided to try Pizza Luca based on the Google photos of the brick oven. We were not disappointed!! The personal pizzas with drink for the lunch special were fantastic!! We tried the meat and also the sausage with kale (add arugula) and loved everything. Just the perfect amount of char on the crust, light fresh -tasting tomato sauce, and quality toppings. Combined with the friendly staff, artsy patio and clean, modern aesthetic it was a perfect meal. Pull up, and treat yourself.

Got the pepperoni peppadew and cheese pizzas and they were both delicious. You can tell fresh ingredients are used and the pizza doesn’t feel too heavy. The chocolate chip cannoli was also great. Overall the vibes were good and the customer service was friendly!
