My friend asked for her tab, and one of the bartenders kept asking for her last name. She repeated it five times, raising her voice a little because of the loud music. Instead of being helpful, the bartender told her to “calm down lady” in a rude tone, which was totally unnecessary and unprofessional. When my friend explained she had to raise her voice because her name wasn’t being understood, the bartender then made a really inappropriate comment about her “bad accent” in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and made her feel super uncomfortable.
On top of that, we saw some inappropriate behavior from other guests — a woman showing her breasts multiple times and a couple basically having sex with their clothes on right there. Honestly, not the kind of place I’d recommend if you’re looking to have a good, relaxing time.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and maintain a respectful environment. Not what I expected from what should be a fun spot.
The live music added such great energy.
You can tell the ownership really cares about creating a great experience. Had a great conversation with them. Everything from the vibe to the service felt thoughtful and genuinely customer-focused.
So glad I stopped in — already looking forward to coming back!
I’ve been back and this is one of my favorite places.
We could not believe how rude he was (no customer service skills at all).
He then told us if we didn’t like it …to leave. Even more surprised, we said is this how you treat your customers and he said again leave if you don’t like it. I said …really sad how you treat your customers and prior owners Anthony Galo and his family never treated people this way. He then said and that’s why they don’t own it anymore and leave if you don’t like it!
I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never be back, nor will the group we were with this past Friday night.
As soon as the band stopped at 11, the entire place was empty. The only positive thing I can say about this place is my friend Amber works here and she is amazing.
