The past few times I’ve ordered from this place, the service and might I add, the food has been horrible! You must be willing to eat good food that has sat for a while before it’s delivered. Greasy pizza or soggy sandwiches is what you get. Called after an hour wait to check on my order, and the professionalism of the owners wife was unacceptable. She acted as if I had the audacity to call and complain. Then when I asked how much longer it would be, all she said was I don’t know. I’m waiting for a driver. So needless to say, soggy sandwiches is what I’ll get it I don’t just send it back. I will NEVER order from this establishment ever again. It’s definitely not worth the wait or the attitude from the owners wife!

This place needs employees who can actually have a positive attitude with customers. Tried ordering on phone. The employees will get rude and yell at the customers when they can’t hear you on the phone and the signal was good on my side. They swore up and down I used foul language on the phone after repeating card number to pay for the food but couldn’t hear me when I repeated the card numbers to order. Sounds like just a classic lie to excuse not to serve a customer. They can’t take criticism maturely and prioritizes employees over customers. They don’t care about customers. All they care about is money. If they know your name and number and you complain, they have a personal vendetta against you will discriminate.

I actually had my pizza delivered last night and I started to get a personal pan but decided the small was a great deal and I was afraid the personal pan wouldn’t have room for alotof toppings. I don’t think it would matter, after eating it that has to be the best pizza I can even remember eating in the state of ky. It was piled up with toppings and the crust was like my homemade crust. It was excellent and you cannot beat their prices anywhere that I’m aware of. If you love pizza this should be your next order bc really great pizza is hard to beat!!

I don’t no who took my order But if they can’t talk, no better than that and at least sounds like he wants to be there this is at 4:51 March 14 if he can’t do no better than that you need to find somebody else that will cause he sounded rude like he did not want to be there. I understand that he’s working in fast food but when you work in fast food you have a good attitude and you talk to everybody with respect. I misunderstood him and he was like excuse me, sir I don’t have time for that and I’ll buy a lot of food from y’all but I’m one guy you’re about to lose your business room because of a smart ass like him if he can’t do the job and be happy about it he needs to go to McDonald’s or y’all need to find better help

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT EAT HERE. The establishment was very dirty. Found a cockroach in my salad. They refused to give me another one. Bathrooms were not very clean as well. This place should be shut down immediately for the safety of other people or please someone call the health department.
