Our server was amazing and helped save me a lil money and was helpful in the ordering food process on this Halloween night, while the guy at the counter was looking if invasive making me feel like I could not afford drinks that turns out are free to refill, instead of celebrating Halloween outside getting tricked or getting treats, this was a good option to sit and eat dinner with my son. The server was treated kinda rude but some other customers /staff members. please be kind to ones in this job field. And I pray the tip I left went into this young server man’s pockets!!!

Dumbest crap I ever heard tonight. So, an 8.19 coupon for an 8 in 1 item pizza equals 14 and some change AFTER the coupon? They charge 6.99 for the DOUGH ONLY? Then a dollar and some change for the one topping listed in the coupon? Oh, and no fine print saying that they charge for the DOUGH itself. What a circus side show. Never again will we order from this dump.

The west 12th st location I have had nothing but awesome service!! The food had always been done way past my expectations!! I always order extra everything from my pizza to my cheese for my bread sticks and they always deliver fast and the food is way past awesome!! If I order pizza king it will always be from this location!! From the order takers to the cooks, to the delivery drivers best experience from a pizza king I’ve ever had!!! I highly recommend this location if you want awesome service all the way around.. Here are some pics of our pizza and my wife’s baked spaghetti!!!to the workers THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK!!! A group of friends and I came in because our co workers said they had great pizza. And they were right! Not only was the pizza 10/10 but the service was even better. Rachel helped us out and was the absolute best! The restaurant was not only clean (from kitchen to sitting area) but the vibes/decor were amazing!!!!!

Night time management (Kevin P) seems to need an extra pie maker as it was just him expo and a driver in the building. Everyone seems to be oblivious to the fact that it’s 11:27pm and there are orders that need to go out. Wouldn’t say it’s my worst experience but should be worth mentioning that my old boss (Phil G) would have had our tails if there wasn’t someone making pizzas with customers at the front lol.

Nasty!! Pulled out three hairs off our pizza. We did get a refund so I am thankful for that..until I overheard them saying we just “didnt want to pay for it”. Look if I pull out three hairs, I am going to say something! Ridiculous!

I ordered 2 medium pizzas 1 with mushrooms and black Olives extra cheese and a the 2nd one with black Olives and the hamburger, sausage with extra cheese so the person taking the order said it was $60 on the phone and I said wow that’s a little high but, I didn’t think nothing of it until I got a text saying your dasher is on the way. Then I thought that’s a little strange because I didn’t order through Doordash, so that’s where the problem comes in. I was charged through the Doordash app, and I didn’t have the app because they overcharged, and it’s a ripoff, so I don’t ever use it . So I want to let everyone know that Pizza King on Memorial Street is doing this ripping off people, and I got the receipts to prove this . Also, to the owner, this is the first time I ever ordered from your business, and the last time I’ve heard so many people say your pizza is delicious and it breaks my heart to say this about a business that the person in your store stealing money from your customers off their Debit cards so sad. ☹️

We decided to try the PK on West Memorial because we were told they have the best crust because they make their own dough. We had bread sticks , a royal feast pizza and cherry cokes. The bread sticks were delicious. We always order them 1/2 baked so they aren’t overvalued and hard. I could not tell any difference in the dough there and every other Pizza King. Our pizza was ok not great. The ingredients were not spread well so the edges were just tomato paste and very hard. I wish I had taken pictures so you could see and our pizza had very little cheese except maybe 3 slices. The dinning room was clean, our server did a fantastic job, the music was too loud and not our choice. I suggest going to a different PK.
