I ordered pizza and when I went to pick up my pizza the owner accused me of calling one of their employees “stupid” when I ordered the pizza on the phone. Which I did not do. I kept telling her I did not do what she was accusing me of. She kept accusing me. Finally I told her I would be be going to Prospect Pizza. Which is another pizza place near me. Unfortunately they have lost a repeat customer. If I were you I would goto Prospect Pizza. Jim Reich the owner is an outstanding guy.

Very disappointed! We always order from. Jason because we want to give back to community but this time I am heated!! We ordered 2 chicken baskets( double order) a baked Italian mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms. These chicken baskets….the fries are not even a handful. Just so upset!! Very, to be honest. When we do order it’s well over 30 dollar order and tip very well. What can I say….just WOW

Can’t say enough about how friendly and respectful the staff are at Pizza Joe’s Portersville. Just today I was in the shop and overheard an extremely rude customer calling one of their staff stupid. I just happened to be there when the lady (Dana something) came in and continued her rude rant with one of the owners. As much as the owner tried to calm and deescalate the situation, this crazy Dana lady kept ranting like a complete lunatic! I’ve never seen such restraint and professionalism in my entire life! Way to go Pizza Joe’s Portersville! Glad you stuck to your guns with that whacko!!! Now would it kill you to lower the prices just a little?

I havespent hundreds of dollars here. Which normally i have no issues withthe food. I ordered a steak salad and i got burnt “steak” crumbles. They werent even pieces of meat, just crumpled steakum pieces. Completely unacceptable. You wont be receiving my business again.

I called with a last-minute order for 18 9-cut pizzas and they saved me money by automatically making some alterations to the size pizzas I was ordering without any noticeable change on our end. The pizza is always made well for the style it is, and their speciality pizzas are actually lowkey great. The new Asian-inspired spicy chicken is awesome, and while none of it is NY style pizza, this is some of the best I’ve had in Western PA, and definitely the most consistent and highest quality. Also their delivery drivers and the folks at the store itself are top-tier 10/10 always!
