I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 14 years and I’ve been a GM for 5, so I’m usually more empathetic than the typical customer. But man don’t go here. Food is not good and insanely overpriced. We got 2 slices, pepperoni breadsticks and a “calzone” if you wanna call it that. We placed our order online, and after 15 minutes decided to walk down from my hotel room to snag it. Well the guy “didn’t hear his POS system ding” and asked me to come back in 15 minutes. I did and the food was awful. The dough is super bland and has no real taste to it. The “calzone” I paid for stated on the menu it would have pepperoni and sausage. Only had pepperoni, and it literally looked like the guy put string cheese wrapped in pepperoni inside some dough and fried it. Looked nothing like a real calzone. Sauce was ehh for the pizza. I asked for the marinara sauce that came with the calzone but the guy said he “didn’t have the plastic mini cups to put it in”
I’d ask for a refund but this guy doesn’t look like he would know how to issue a refund. After a long day of travel, was looking forward to good pizza and this was just awful. Paid $30 and didn’t even finish the meal. Threw most of it away and ordered from somewhere else. I’m all for supporting small businesses but yeah don’t go here.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Please save your money for literally anywhere else. $15 for 2 slices of reheated, dry, under-sauced, flavorless, paper thin sheets of play-doh flavored crust.
It’s advertised that you can get a complete 16″ pizza, but I was refused any fresh menu items when I asked for one. There’s no other item to buy besides the clearly aged sold-by-the-slice reheated display pizzas that have been sitting in the outdoor counter.

Worst Pizza ever. Ordered a large for $22.99 then he said it would be ready in 20 minutes or do, which was fine. Then less than 5 minutes later he said it was done but it was a 22″ pizza and was now $36.99 and that was all he had available. Got to the Hotel with it and it was cold and certainly not fresh or a 22″ pizza. Total fraud and terrible pizza.
It was approx. 9 pm and we were the only customers. Now we know why.

$18 for 2 slices of reheated pizza and a coke. Also, they don’t take cards, and the ATM in the locked lobby next door charges $4. Tourist trap. Save your money or go to Aldo’s up the street.
