I made an online order for the Durant location. I have done this many times. I arrived and found out that they were having issues with their online system. They could have easily denied me and sent me on my way. The manager took charge and took my order and my order finished quickly. Great service by the manager and his staff. This is why I continue to order from this location. Well done all!

We’ve ate here so many times and usually have had good service and the food not to bad but after tonight we will NEVER eat here or recommend this place to anyone! Me and daughters got salads, the boiled eggs were completely frozen and also had eggshells in them, but the worse part was when they actually laughed about the situation and literally said “what do you expect us to do about it”!? This is beyond ridiculous and absolutely no reason for service like this from anyone or anyplace!!!

My little boy’s FAVORITE spot in town! He loves it so much – we even held his birthday there! Lol. And special SHOUT OUT to this crew for handling our large birthday crew too. At the time we booked, we didn’t have to pay an insane amount of money to reserve seating for the birthday party. Those attending pay for food, drinks, & tips for staff. I so appreciate a space to have a birthday party indoors & not having to spend hundreds of dollars to reserve a space!

I love this place they always have fresh pizza if u need something just let them know. They got me hot water so I could eat and swallow without choking. Which is getting to be a big problem so I don’t go out to eat any more.

I was staying at LaQuinta Inn and was just about to order a pizza to be delivered (which was going to take over an hour!), when I Iooked out my 4th floor window and saw the Pizza Inn sign just across the parking lot.
Within a few minutes, I had eaten pizza, breadsticks, spaghetti, and desert pizza. The food was good, but the service was great! Keep up the great work Pizza Inn! (I still would like to know where I could buy one of those Pizza Inn hats! 🙂

Worst pizza ever, had over 2 inches of crust around the edge with no sauce or anything. I have had better frozen pizza, wasn’t hardly even warm , and was salty. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
