I eat from here regularly. They have amazing staff & a very unique way of making pizza! I love their Meaty Max Pizza & the Cookie Pizzert is a classic. They have some other pizzerts (as they call them) some of which come and go based on the holiday but taste great. I do honestly find most of them to be too sugary and inconsistent in texture, however. Last time I came by I found out they serve chicken nuggets, which where actually very good, I reccomend getting some if you ever dine in! They have salad aswell if you’re into that.
I have also ordered delivery from here many times and they always get it to me fast. Their stuffed crusted pizzas are always great.
Only complaints would be the lack of AC in the arcade & the rare occasions where their food in the buffet is a little cold. Overall, I’ve always loved it here!

We visited this restaurant this evening. This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. We were quickly greeted and told to sit where we liked. We chose a booth. Most booths and many tables had varying amounts of discarded food and used napkins and a lot of food in the walk ways. There were two other tables where patrons were eating so it was not incredibly busy at 7pm. I visited the restroom while my boyfriend waited to give the waitress our drink order. The bathroom had overflowing trashcans. Both toilets had feces splattered. The larger stall had piles of toilet paper with feces and a dirty diaper all on the floor. The smaller stall had less trash, but there was some present. The floors of the kitchen had trash and old food. Its hard to describe but there was trash or filth pretty much everywhere you looked throughout the entire restaurant. My boyfriend said the mens bathroom was incredibly dirty also with feces on and around the toilets and through out the floor and discarded used toilet paper scattered. When he came back to the booth from the bathroom we chose to leave. We did not eat. We went to pay for the drinks that had just been brought to the table. The lady behind the counter asked if everything was OK. I told her honestly we just couldnt handle the dirtiness. She said, “Oh, sorry. Dont worry paying for the drinks.” I hope it was just a freak thing tonight but we wont be back to find out. There were multiple people working. They did not appear to be short staffed.

Variety of pizza, dessert pizza and salad bar options on the buffet. Sometimes the crust seems a bit like cardboard but majority of the time it’s spot on. It’s a relaxed atmosphere some of the music that is played in the background isn’t my style, is on the religious sounding side of country, but then I’m reminded of the area I’m in and it’s not out of the norm here. Staff have been friendly. They offer certain deals on certain days I found out one time when visiting. Love their dessert pizzas.

Best pizza we have had in years. Great food, place is very clean including the bathrooms. Lots of variety on each of the food bars, pizza, spaghetti, cheese bread, dessert pizza and an awesome salad bar. Service staff is very attentive too.

This place went down hill… I been living in Poplar bluff mo all my life and this place i went to a lot. Heck I practically grow up here. But recently the service for a past year has been appalling. You first walk in and find a seat then wait to get waited on. But most of the time you have to flagged someone down. But today no one waited on us… there was only 8 plus me and my dad in the building hardly busy. It took me and my dad a minute to find a seat because all of them are usually dirty. But when we did we sat and waited for 20min before my dad flagged someone there was two girls who was walking around looking at tables and checking on the other 8 people and completely walk around us. One looked and smile at us then walk past us. That when me and my dad got up and left. Of course my dad wanted to speak with the owner of the place about our experience and the owner responded very poor by saying “I’m sorry to here that” and thats it didn’t correct the issue just smile and wavy as if it wasn’t his problem… That what happened today. But we have had other experiences like this one. Like being ignored on refills, seating and waiting for like 30 min tops. Then the buffet bar small as it is hard ever have any food on it. Waitresses getting mad at not being tiped or being tip so little (that probably why we got ignored). The list goes on! But today was the last disappointment… we highly recommend you go somewhere else, no matter how good the deal might be, please go somewhere else… the owner don’t care and the Waitresses only care about how much you got and that is all. This place is a sad disappointment, please do better.

Walking in to place we were ask to seat ourselves, no big deal but then we had four young children one needing a high chair and we sat down and asked the waitress if we could have one she proceeded to tell us the location and that we needed to grab them ourselves; still no big deal. But we were asked for our drinks and went for the buffet and it was absolutely limited. All the same type of pizza maybe a good handful were cold. Sure the place started picking up and more pizza would come. Only for the pizza to come out over cooked and still the same cheese or pepperoni pizza. For how big the place is I would expect way more…. Then our children wanted to play in the arcade area and it was covered in cross hand prints you could tell nothing had been cleaned or wiped down in a while. After realizing how gross it was we decided to round our kiddos up and pay. We paid $80 for our kids just to eat 5 slices of pizza and a plate of spaghetti. Me and my husband just didn’t eat. We just waited for the kiddos to finishing eating because they were excited only to leave disappointed.

The lettuce on the salad bar was so old all of it was a dingy brown color.
The tomatoes were old and mushy, there were gnats all over the place.
We got spaghetti that was supposed to be two kids spaghettis and our server told us that there were large medium or smalls and charged us the regular adult price for both of them.
We got a spicy Asian pizza, and a bacon chicken ranch… the BCR is the only thing good out of this entire experience.. we spent almost $90 bucks and we didn’t even remember to grab the left overs …
The staff was talking very loudly about personal things, and didnt pay attention to the buffets at all… everything for pizza buffet looked like it had sat out all day long… we went to eat at 5:00 p m

The spicy Asian chicken pizza had so much chili sauce on the bottom of the pizza it was soggy on the bottom, and the chili sauce was in pools leaking out over it all…
You couldn’t even pick up a slice of pizza without all the toppings falling off.

Great lunch buffet with lots of options. Traveling through Poplar Bluff with the grandbabies, and they loved it! My oldest devoured the salad. Our server was fast, friendly, and attentive! Delish!
The bathrooms need an update despite that, we may stop by again on the way home…

The food was good and there was a good selection. The salad bar was full but messy. Some of the dressing was watery looking. When getting a plate or bowl you had to check then well. I found several dirty ones. They did have a nice game room. The restroom was kinda messy but not filthy. I might eat here again, but I will look for other options first if I am in the area and want pizza.
