My family will make the drive to the West Valley location, on 5600 west because we order classic cheese. Our toddlers are very picky eaters and the classic cheese is one of their favorites. But, not sure why these guys make their dough so dang thin. It’s like all your biting into, is their cardboard hard and everlasting chewy cheese. My 2 yr old, nearly choked. Im not even sure, why they can’t see how they never cook the middle, until it’s ready. Y’all should take note from the West Valley location. The dough is nice and fluffy, even amount of sauce and the cheese— is edible cheese. We made the mistake by stopping by this location, last night because of convenience. After all, they are just up the street. But, we will go back to making the drive to West Valley. If Google allowed, this is a negative star review.

If I could give this a zero I would. I went through the drive through and was told my food would be ready in 7-10 mins. After waiting for 35 mins. I was told that the staff didn’t even place the order. I then waited an additional 5 mins to the find out that the order was siting on a shelf in the back cold. Worst little carders I’d ever been to. So disappointed and disgusted in the service today. I have never had a problem until this Sunday. My pizza was asked for 1 hr in advance and it came like this. Not even baked! Its so doughy and disgusting. I told them I could FaceTime the facility or send pictures to show proof since i live 25mins away and the manager Maria refused to believe me and told me Id have to drive there today or tomorrow with the pizza to show proof directly. She expects me to keep a smelly pizza to bring over later?! Are you kidding me?! Not worth the gas money to go back and forth. They know i come every Sunday too and so they will be losing service from us and our friends. Will not be returning back. No refund to your customers when you did something wrong = no business

I ordered the stuffed crazy crust pizza last week and got regular stuffed crust. Took it anyway because I didn’t want to return it and wait for them to make another one. Ordered again today and they gave me the regular stuffed crust again, I went back in and let them know I got the stuffed crazy crust, she grabbed it and went back, came back 30 seconds later with sprinkled Parmesan and no garlic.. I don’t have many reviews under my name but I felt like I had to leave this review being the second time.

Waited 15 minutes to get a pizza and it was so greasy the crust was soggy and the grease from the pizza was so bad it soaked through the cardboard box onto my car seat. It was also cut so badly the slices went from a sliver to double sized pieces. Bad experience altogether.

I don’t know what it is but every time I go to little caesars, the pizzas always look like crap I had to wait 10 minutes for these, and I’m very disappointed because every time you bite into a pizza like this. Most of the toppings fall off. They put too much marinara and not enough toppings on it.
