We have been a couple times as I do this before posting a review. 1st The service is excellent. These folks go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. The food is good, above average. But not from the old country. American pizza with a well made crust. The dining area is very dated not modern. Overall experience. Pleasing and a relief that there are still folks in this line of work who appreciate and care about their customers.

Horrible!! No warming lights on buffet that had few choices and seemed more like leftovers. Waitress never came back after bring our drinks never asked if we wanted the buffet or if we wanted to order our own pizza. Building in disrepair,had electrical wires hanging from the ceiling. Ladies room toilet seat broken. Walls are painted black.Looks like someone bought a closed down strip club and started serving leftover pizza.

Drove up from Huntsville after the Madison location closed, just to find out they do not offer evening buffet except on certain nights. Left with family disappointed. The buffet is what makes this chain a great dining experience.
