Spacious seating, comfortable atmosphere, family friendly, excellent service with polite staff from seating, serving, and checking out. The buffet bar included nice salad selections and a variety of freshly made pizzas from Hawaiian style with pineapple & ham, to supreme with a little bit of everything, pepperoni only for those that like it simple, to pepperoni with jalapeno for those that like it spicy, and even a cinnamon with glaze dessert type pizza. I didn’t try the pasta, but I saw it on the buffet too. The price is right and the options for that price were plenty.

Carrigan was our waitress and we received far better service than we typically get at most full service restaurants. She was very pleasant cheerful and made sure we didn’t wait for anything at all. We don’t make it to Lancaster very often and I especially wanted to come to Pizza Inn. The food was better than I remembered and the service was absolutely top notch. 10/10 will be back!!

The salad on the salad bar was brown. We asked if they could bring fresh salad out. So the guy comes out with a fresh bag of salad then dumps the old on top. Gross!! The floor was awful. Trash and food everywhere. We saw at least 8-10 employees standing around doing nothing. I blame manager on duty. Tell your employees to go sweep, clean salad bar, do something. Just terrible. Do better Pizza Inn. This restaurant is going downhill quick.

First time here and it was pretty good! We had the pizza, salad buffet. Pizza was good, it could have been better if there was more pizza coming out quickly. The salad bar was was clean, well stocked and delicious. They did have pasta and dessert but we skipped it. Service was wonderful!

The pizza on the buffet is getting very bad. It’s dry nothing on it. Hard to get a variety. On senior night if you get anything but pepperoni you lucky. I hate pepperoni. Yal need a new cook. You need to be wearing gloves and hairnets. HOW NASTY.. the salad bar needs to be kept fresh and CLEAN.

I rate it like this because sometimes the buffet doesnt have much on it. At times slow to get more food exspecially when crowded. Some of the waiters look bored and dont wanna be bothered. So on. The food is good the service when going well is good.

This location needs some work. Maybe we just have bad timing but every time we come the pizza is hard and old, the chocolate chip desert pizza is ALWAYS dry and over cooked which is the main reason we even come. I even requested a fresh one that wasn’t burned last night and they literally brought another bad one out to replace it with. Lol. Pickles and boiled eggs all in the pineapples and they never changed it/cleaned it the whole time we were there. Trash all in the floor, bathroom stalls aren’t very private at all, can see right in them. Whole place needs a revamp and better cooks. But the servers are always nice so I give them that.
