A very disappointing experience with a pre-ordered pickup. I arrived at 6:30 PM for a 6:25 PM pickup. After being told our order was in the oven, we waited for 15 minutes before escalating. It then took six staff members to locate our three pizzas, which were found sitting on the cutting bench. This was a 30-minute wait for a pre-ordered item.
To make matters worse, one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. When I asked for a remake, the employee was hesitant and told me a manager on a call had to decide. I ended up just asking for a refund for that one item. We were also missing the marinara sauce we had ordered. The garlic rolls were completely bland, and the chocolate pizza was missing an ingredient we had asked to be excluded. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked clear direction. I hope the service improves.

Pizza was good, for a Pizza Inn, but the hot plate on the buffet is small, so there weren’t many pizzas out at a time, compared to others.

It’s generally clean when I go and waitress is always helpful. The biggest thing here is the buffet bar, for some reason most of the times they want keep the bar up with fresh pizzas. They leave the old pizzas up there I guess thinking someone is going finally eat it.

Use to be best pizza place in the county in the 80s and 90s.Then they stopped selling beer and with all the dinning places now serving beer maybe you should too.Just saying if you have a beer eating at other pizza places,mexican and other spots why not now.

I came here after a visit in Rockingham and it’s literally been around 25+ years since I’ve stepped in the establishment. It brought back some nostalgic memories and my waitress was so sweet and courteous. Of course the pizza is not like other places around the world I visited, it was just right for me. I mean how can you beat a drink, buffet, etc. for about 15.00…AYCE.

I eat here at least once a week, and always get the buffet To-Go. The only issue I have is the LACK OF different types of pizzas on the buffet. There should be more pizzas to choose from and should ALWAYS have PLENTY to serve everyone. Other than this, my experiences have been great.

Nice little pizza buffet. They had soup and pasta on the buffet, and also a salad bar. We were seated quickly and our waitress asked if there was any pizza that we wanted specifically. We ordered a veggie pizza and a few slices were brought right to our table. We got the dinner buffet, which is still reasonably priced. The regular priced menu items were also great prices. And they have great deals as well. All in all it was a great place to stop.
