Very disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars. I spent over $22 on two pizzas and crazy bread and the food was not fresh at all. The pizzas were cold and the crazy bread didn’t taste fresh either. For the price, the food should at least be hot and made properly.
What really made the experience worse was the customer service. When we called the store to explain the problem, the employee on the phone was laughing and not taking the situation seriously at all. Instead of trying to help or fix the issue, they were acting childish and unprofessional.
Between the poor food quality and the way we were treated on the phone, this was a very frustrating experience. I hope management looks into this because customers deserve better service.

I ordered my pizzas using the app and I got half crust in my pizza and the rest was melted cheese. Let’s not mention the fact that it was cold. I’m sure I got pizzas that were made hours ago! This is ridiculous I live far from northtowne but unfortunately this was the one that was on my way to my house. Super disappointed on the quality. The pizza should be kept hot and not cold.

I went to get a pepperoni pizza and the pizza was not fresh and you can tell the crust was extremely hard.I go inside to tell the girl cashier if I can get a fresh pizza, as soon as i say that she does a stank face and gives me attitude like its such a bother.She continues to go to the back and talk with her coworker and speaks in Spanish saying all this disrespectful stuff and tells her coworker how “picky I am” not knowing i could understand everything shes saying I then tell her how am I being picky if you come in as a customer and buy pizza would you eat this? She doesn’t say anything. I asked her for her name and she said she doesn’t have to tell me.They definitely need to put respectful cashiers in the front.If she does not enjoy her job then she should simply not work here.

It’s been months since my last issue here with a deep dish pepperoni pizza, but thought I’d give them another try… this was a big mistake! I ordered a deep dish pepperoni with extra cheese. Couldn’t tell there was NO Pepperoni on this pizza because of the extra cheese until I started eating it when I got home. I will not call and complain, because the manager and I don’t see eye to eye. I am just done with this location, I do realize it’s only Little Caesar’s after all. Lost a customer, no more!!

Ordered from them and had my food stolen by the delivery driver (carlos or something) little ceaser gave a full refund and their food is amazing and still fairly cheap for how infaltion has been recently 10 out of 10

I don’t know why so many people are complaining about having a bad experience with this specific store. Sounds like they didn’t get their way, because I moved from AZ to NV in the fall of 2021, and I’ve only stopped by twice before to this location, and every one of those times the employees are sweet, attentive, and they greet me. The store looks clean, it smells clean and feels fresh inside. The food has also been hot at the time of my order pickup, and I always arrive like 5-15 minutes late.
This time I ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza the night before for pick up the next afternoon, and paid for it at the time of my order. I was pleased with my order, it was hot ️ and ready when I stopped by even after arriving 20minutes late to pick it up. For a moment I even wondered if they would still have it there because I had waited so long, but they did, I gave them my name, and they immediately went to the back, grabbed my order and handed it to me. I was in and out within minutes.
People need to stop complaining about having to wait 45+ minutes for their order, we do that everywhere, if you want your order ASAP then put in the order ahead of time so you know when you can stop by and pick it up or stop at a drive-through where you don’t have to wait for your pizza(s) to be made and baked.

I ordered this through door dash and got this. No pepperoni, no banana peppers only green peppers. It came ice cold. Come on. You do one thing, pizza…then I tried to call them twice and no one would pick up the phone after about thirty rings. I guess you get what you pay for. Do not get pizza from this place. Dominos is better than little Caesars. At least they get your order right.

The AC was broken and it had to of been 100°s inside the store. I felt so bad for the people working there. You could see they where sweating so bad. I ordered two cheese pizzas and waited 30 minutes for my food. When I got my pizzas they both had raw dough under the whole pizza. I took it back in right away and told the manager it was raw. She said she would make me two right away. I waited 15 more minutes and when I got the new pizzas they both where more raw then the ones I got at first. When I picked up the pizza slice it just feel apart. I am never going back to this location because why am I paying for pizza I can’t eat.

Here is a picture of the cheese bread my husband ordered. They added tomatoes sauce like a pizza. He also waited over a hour even though he pre-ordered online. And when he asked what was going on with his order he said “what?” Stoned out of his mind, goes and looks at the pile high order of pizzas that they aren’t handing out to the line of people pisst off. He dosent mind waiting, my husband knows how to cook and understand things can get backed up but that is ridiculous. Worst service he had ever had. I would say try to get a better work ethic and lay off the stuff a little at work.
