If I could give Zero stars I would!! O/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We came for my neice birthday. Soon as I walked in no greeting or nothing I was rudely told no balloons. The white lady manager said it was company policy and having balloons would violate the insurance policy. So the party still decided to stay. The waitress (black girl with glasses and long braids) was very rude. She spilled the drink while pouring it on the table and in my son plate. She did not clean it up. I had to ask for a rag to clean it but another worker came and cleaned. I ate one slice of pizza and immediately felt sick to my stomach. I am now sick to my stomach with food poisoning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. The worst experience. For the amount I paid it was very disheartening. But not to mention no one ever cleaned our tables and never refilled our drinks.

I grew up eating at Pizza Inn and was so excited to see this location while driving through the area. The restaurant itself was clean, and the food was very good. Unfortunately, that’s where our positive experience ended.
There was a complete lack of service from start to finish. Not once did anyone come to our table to check on us, refill our drinks, or clear away the dirty dishes that were piling up. After waiting quite a while, I finally went up to the counter, where a young girl working side-eyed me while scrolling on her phone. I politely told her our table needed drink refills, and she rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her.
When she eventually came to our table, she slammed the pitchers down and refilled our cups without saying a single word or even making eye contact. It was uncomfortable and incredibly unprofessional.
I’m really disappointed because I’ve always loved Pizza Inn and expected the same friendly, welcoming atmosphere I remembered from growing up. Sadly, this visit left a very bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location.

We love this place because we can all get what we want. It’s not a fancy place but it’s clean, the service is friendly and fast. I think for the price the salad bar is great and you can’t beat a made to order pizza buffet! You can just ask and usually they make whatever pizza you want for the buffet. Great family place because everyone can find something either on one of the buffets or on the menu. It’s always got fun dessert selections my husband’s only complaint is – no ice cream!

My favorites have always been the pizzert! (Chocolate chip pizza and pineapple upsidedown pizza). As for savory; the bacon cheeseburger pizza and beef taco pizza are definitely worth trying!

So this was kind of trash. The salad bar is decent-ish. The lettuce is shredded, which is odd for a salad. The buffet was pretty limited for 5PM on a weekday. They didn’t have pepperoni or sausage or any of the “standard” pizza offerings. The pizza was all pretty old looking. It was RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Three people with drinks was almost $60. It was edible and you could put in a special order, but I won’t be back.

A nice buffet within a very small budget. They have a very good salad bar where you can mix veggies, meat, chess, sauce according to your choice. There are also five-six default options for pizza and they take customized orders of pizza too. Among the default options, there were pepperoni pizza, bell pepper-onion-Italian sausage pizza, Italian sausage pizza, cheese pizza, etc. There were also meatballs, noodles, red sauce, bread sticks, cheese sticks, three dessert pizzas including chocolate pizza, cinnamon pizza, strawberry pizza. Given all these, the price is really low and it’s worth while to visit this place once if you are a pizza person and/or a buffet person.

I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. We just left. Not once did our waitress check on us. Pizza variety was LOW and I do mean, LOW! We will take our business back to the one in Henderson for future trips. This place needs to step it up.
