Went here after a doctor visit in Christiansburg. The food was good. Hand tossed crust with everything but anchovies. Salad bar was nice. The veggies were good from the salad bar. They have buffet around 5pm. My husband was impressed with the choices on the buffet. We were too early to get it but were there when they started. Our server Carey was just attentive enough to be comfortable and not overwhelming. That i liked. She had a great personality and was helpful on what our choices were. The music was a little loud for our liking hence the 3 stars for atmosphere, but the food was good. Our pizza and salad also came with breadsticks that were hot and fresh, and the Ranch dressing was as good as I’ve had almost anywhere else.

Horrible buffet, some slices were warm and some were cold. Not once did I see anyone doing quality control. I saw what looked like the manager straightening up the buffet but he was very sloppy looking. Like dude come on fix yourself up a little. Workers in the kitchen didn’t look to clean either, but if management is like that what do you expect? Pathetic! This place caters to the older crowd with no taste buds. People 60 plus doesn’t seem to hard to please. I will never eat in this establishment again. Y’all can do so much better. Step it up! On a positive note the server was fantastic!

I am not one to write bad reviews ever, but actually, this is my first one. Our server was great, no complaints, however, every slice of pizza between me and my mother expect for one, was completely cold and to have seemed to be there for a while. The Alfredo was hardly warm. And what made me lose my appetite was one of the workers who were bringing out food to the bar or to rotate the food that is, had dough caked under his stomach and it just seemed extremely unsanitary. Wearing an apron when preparing food would solve this problem. Spent $50 for maybe one good slice of pizza and a small salad. Very disappointed in our experience here.

Came in about 7:40 on a Friday night. We didn’t realize that they closed at 8pm, especially on a Friday night considering most places are open well until 9pm or later. We were sat anyway and had small kids and we just needed a nice, simple dinner. Place was very crowded with people so we were confident they’d be restocking the buffet we just paid full price for. With the exception of some pepperoni pizza, nothing was restocked. No specialty, no deserts, no soup or pasta, nothing. Their salad bar looked especially concerning. Some lettuce was quite literally wilted to where it would I’m sure make someone sick to consume. Even the silverware wasn’t clean. I had to choose at least 3 forks before I found a clean one. Just very overall very unhygienic. Our waitress was nice, however we never got a refill or anything.. I now realize they were trying to close/clean, so it seems that was the main focus instead of waiting on their tables. I understand they close early, and if I would’ve realized that I wouldn’t have drug my family there, but also if you don’t plan on servicing your customers, and making fresh food to put out, please don’t sit your customers 20-30 minutes before close. We had previously had really good experiences here.. but this was a huge disappointment and I seriously doubt we will ever come back. It’s was $60 for our family, which truthfully is not bad for this economy and all, but a huge waste of that when we really could’ve went to McDonald’s and had a better experience and half the cost. Was really just a bummer and I hope it gets better so we could enjoy the restaurant again.

Good food, friendly staff, huge amount of variety of pizza on the buffet, potato wedges, BBQ ribs, huge salad bar, spaghetti. Plenty of parking, easily accessible and easy to find.

Used to love this place and would eat it all the time with my dad growing up. Haven’t had it in a long time so I decided to get delivery. It came quicker than expected but the results were not stellar. The pizza pieces didn’t match up/didn’t form a whole pie on 2 of 4 pizzas. I’m really confused and sort of grossed out by this. They seemed fairly fresh- not the hottest but could be the delay from delivery- and they are smalls so I don’t think they were pulled from the buffet? But I can’t shake the feeling they took left over slices and arranged it then ran it through the oven to heat it back up.

Maybe the owner will reply and help me understand this?

Our waitress was fantastic. They were slammed busy and she always made sure out table was bussed and out drinks full.

I used to dine at Pizza Inn when I was younger. I thought I would see if they still had their lunch buffet, they did, it was well stocked and very good. Brought back great memories of food and friends. Recommend.

For the carb loaders in Christiansburg, this is your place. Quaint pizzeria with a good variety at the buffet, including salad options (with more than just iceburg lettuce) and some scrumptious desserts (highly recommend the cinnamon roll calzone). The bearded staff shuffling the pies to the line kept things well stocked and hot. It was also quite impressive that not a strand of facial hair was consumed during the dining experience. Exceptionally, friendly staff. Given JJ’s physique, he is obviously not helping himself to any of the chocolate chip cookie pizza when no one is looking. If management is reading, you have to keep this young man! Reasonable price ($11 per adult) and lucked out big hitting Tuesday Kids night (see attached photo for details). Dining area was clean if not a little cramped. And if you suffer from allergic reactions to steel guitars at high volume, excessive linguistic drawls, and lyrical prose that don’t stray far from bemoaning the loss of a girl, truck, or hound dog, consider asking for seating in the rear. All in all, nicely done Pizza Inn. Hope to see you again the next time I find myself in need of a dough induced coma.

Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, it’s basically a cheese pizza with buffalo sauce and chicken dumped on top. Gross. Ordered wings extra crispy and sauce on the side got wings, barely cooked and sauce on them. When I called, to complain, the guy that answered the phone told me before I even said anything that the wings came pre-seasoned. But you have a choice of four different sauces. It was almost closing time so I’m assumed that they just threw it together. As you can see the pizza looks like terrible. Maybe you should deep fry your wings instead of baking them because there are horrible and squishy. He also said, if I wanted my wings burnt but maybe I should order them that way. Horrible never order again. This is the second time I ordered from them thinking that it was be better than the first, obviously not.
