Outstanding and Attentive Customer Service ! We Never had to look for Staff. Staff were constantly on the floor making rounds, and ensuring your not in need for anything. The Staff also appeared to have good synergetic team work helping each other out without asking.
The Table Tablet pay is a big plus in my opinion. It eliminates unnecessary payment wait time.
The Food was on point as well. I really enjoyed my Steak and the Bloody Mary was very refreshing.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Outback Steakhouse. After this exp, I will be back more often !

We all know it’s getting harder for restaurants to balance food costs and the food we are served. I have to say the NY strip was very good. Cooked perfectly and very tender. My wife ordered the ribs and lobster. The ribs are okay at best. The lobster was a disaster. Strong seafood smell, the smallest price of lobster I have ever seen. It was full of shells, tough and inedible. It appeared to be cooked multiple times or spend allot of time under the heat lamps. I know it’s near impossible to balance food costs and service but how can you serve something you know is not good.

My family has come here a few times over the years, and we’ve found the food quality to be rather varying over time. When we came a few years ago, the blooming onion dish was the highlight of our meal, but recently, the dish seems to be oilier than it used to be, which isn’t what I would prefer. I realize it’s a deep-fried dish, so of course it’s going to be oily, but perhaps if it could be turned over for more of the oil to drip off? Or dabbed off with a napkin or something.
I personally found the mac ‘n’ cheese to taste rather bland, potentially because it used a very mild cheddar rather than something sharp or aged. While this made the dish rather bland to me, I think it would be perfect for kids.
The porterhouse steak, which we ordered medium rare, had a gorgeous chargrill pattern, although it seemed a bit lukewarm, like the pan had not been quite hot enough or the steak had waited a tad too long before being brought out. The mashed potatoes were great, though.
This was a rather disappointing experience, since when we came a couple years ago, the food was amazing. I don’t know if perhaps the chef changed or something else happened, but unfortunately, the food just isn’t what it used to be.
Everything else was lovely. There’s warm yellow lighting overhead that physically heats the space (a boon in winter!) and our waitress was really kind and friendly, and service was quick. It’s a homely atmosphere with completely rustic wood decor, and I think kids would love it.
But sadly, the main point of a restaurant is the food, and we just felt a bit let down in that regard. Perhaps if we tried some other items on the menu, we’d enjoy the meal more.

Me and my family have been religiously coming here for about 2 years now and we have no complaints. We ate here yesterday and I decided that my meal was just too good that i had to leave a review sharing my thoughts. Servers are always attentive and the food is always amazing! I love eating here!

We ordered ribeye steaks on New Year’s day. Everything was delicious even the salads. My only critique is that my steak had a lot of unrendered fat which was inedible and subsequently left on the plate. Otherwise the dining experience was excellent. Our server “Nadine” was friendly and superb in every way. We will definitely return. Thank you Outback!

The food was amazing from the bread the dishes, the bread was quite soft and had a good taste with the butter, the dishes aren’t the biggest portions but definitely big enough for one person to be full. The service was really nice even though we didn’t get the name of the server they were really nice along with other people around. The atmosphere was pretty good, quite, calm, and it feels like country side america.

Appetizers, salads, cocktails ansld entries were all great tasting. Blooming onion cooked to perfection with extra sauce. Caesar salad was cold and crisp had the exact amount of caesar dressing. Filet Mignon medium rare with a nice size baked potato with butter and sour cream. Couple different martinis that went down smooth.
Atmosphere was a little lacking, but it was only 5pm on a Thursday.
