This might be called or look like a hole-in-the-wall place, but it really is a hidden local institution that provides friendly service, a bar and seating are with food. I did not try the pizza today but the wings were amazing and Chris’ Special sauce was way above average. Great without leaving a huge after taste before your next bite. Highly recommend as a side dipping sauce or on half-dozen wings. I will also point out that the simple craftsmanship of the name engraved in the bar top with steel letters speaks volumes for the vision the founder had for this establishment. I’ll be going back to try the pizza. It’s not a fancy place but it is fun and the food was good.

Well, we stopped by for pizza, but there was only 1 person working so no pizza. We decided to get a burger and fries and I have to say it was pretty good. Price was right and service was great.

I’ve been looking forward to going here to support local business today I spent $31.15 to buy a large pizza and 20 wings with fries they did give me a $5 discount…. the food was cooked pretty quickly the staff is very friendly but when I opened up the wing box and saw how tiny the drumsticks and wings were I was a little bit shocked and I knew I’d have to go someplace else to pick up more wings for dinner.
The pizza is very thin which isn’t a bad thing but the fact there was hardly any toppings on there that was disappointing is it safe to say I won’t be back there for pizza or wings

I had a chance to experience the “Pizza In The Hood” and I’m telling you this was a great experience for what I ordered under $15 I got a large amount and I’m telling you I couldn’t finish it all. This is a great place. Trust me give them a try you won’t be disappointed. I will make a drive again very soon… Wonderful customer service. Food with fresh and hot.

This is the 2nd time I’ve placed an online order, order was placed at 830 and they cancelled it at 8:41..so I called and asked why they aren’t accepting my online order when they don’t close until 10.
The lady on the phone said ” oh we stop taking online orders at 9 and shut our grill down at 8:30″
I said well how does that make sense???
She said oh well our grill needs time to cool down , I said okay but you don’t stop taking online orders until 9 and the order was placed 30 minutes before that . Now my money is held up until it’s ” finished processing” and can take 5-7 days

First time in and won’t be the last. Met with a smile and welcomed by the girl working, she gave me a menu to decide for a to go order. Wings were absolutely delicious. They are small but had enough meat on them. Marinated perfectly with the sauce and not dry. For me, the portions are just right. I made two meals out of a 20 piece. (I can understand and have told others for a family, you will need more, they are small)

A very shady move was pulled on me. I clearly asked for a LARGE okra. How did you get fries out of Okada. I was making small talk, complimented the food and even left a TIP!!! I paid $5+ for a large frie that came with the meal!! I paid $36 for some food that I didn’t even get.

This gem of a eating place is really wonderful. All our food was hot, tasted delicious and the order was perfect. What a great kind staff. We were there for a small birthday party and all of it, the food,the staff and the outside place to sit was so comfortable and homey. Thank you for such a wonderful time. This little restaurant is absolutely a hidden gem! The prices are very low/reasonable. The food is so good and the owner is such a cool guy, very friendly and will accommodate his menu if you need. The bar is very big and nice though we didn’t sit or drink there. The bathrooms are very clean, and the soap smells are amazing in there, lol. It may look a little rough around the edges, but the food is definitely worth it!
