Okay they seasoned the crust as how I asked them to do but they did not cut the pizza!!! What you see is left over of the pizza because I was too hungry and ripped a piece to eat it. Now I have to look for a pizza cutter if I have one. But pretty delicious so far.

I order pizza and wings online and pick them up here frequently. The staff have been helpful and my order has been accurate all times I’ve ordered here except one but the staff worked to fix it. This is my preferred Pizza Hut location.

Amazing customer service. My son got hungry stopped by order in no time. Great prices. Plenty of parking. Hand sanitizer and smiles throughout the process. Support this store. I came in to deliver a gift with my son so he can waved at his best friend who he had not seen in months.

Cashier was uneducated on their own store deals. We were charged $25 for a medium pizza we could have gotten for $8 if the cashier had just told us to order through the app/online. Not only were they rude they said “I don’t know where you heard that from but we don’t sell pizzas at that price.” The promotion is on the box? Don’t order in store, and make sure you tell older family members not to shop in store or they’ll be overcharged for a flat and disgusting looking pizza. It’s sad, since every other experience at this store was great.

Ordered pizza here for delivery almost 20+ years. Since they fired their drivers and started using door dash deliveries have been taking longer than eta’s given and food has almost always arrived cold and nowhere near warm as before. This location needs its own drivers back! At this point I just order Dominos nearby or other companies.

The EE at the counter (can’t remember name) clerk #1999 Jan 25th 2024 at 1:31pm (on receipt) was actually 10:31 PST – She was sensationally super nice!!!
And the pizza was the best Pizza Hut I’ve had!!! Cooked to my asked way in perfection!!! With proper amount of ingredients! And She brought it out to my car for me (I’m disabled).

I’m not sure what the cashier’s name was… I believe it was Jessica? Anywho, VERY BAD ATTITUDE. Her overall customer service is very poor. I also witnessed that a delivery driver was coming back from a delivery, he told her that he was short on money from the delivery, and she opened the register to give it to him… my mother asked for condiments and napkins, she practically threw them to her. My mother was also inquiring about a deal, and she rudely explained to her that the offer was only available for online pick up. Very disappointed as I am a Pizza Hut Rewards member and I love eating pizza with my family and I, after this unfortunate experience.. I will take my business to other locations.

Customer service is horrible, Daniela the cashier whoever she is was very rude & giving me a difficult time because I wanted my pizza strictly half & half. Last time I checked the customer is always right, I should never have to argue with a cashier about how I wanted my order, then after she claimed she could only fix one pizza? So your telling me if you give me 2 incorrect pizzas I can only get one replaced? Doesn’t make any sense & she should be seriously spoken to about respecting customers. I had to get a refund & go to another Pizza Hut which was only 4 minutes from that location, now I’m completely satisfied. Teach her that the customers are always right & if the order is incorrect to just fix it instead arguing with a loyal customer.
