Food is average but always arrives late and is warm not hot. Have ordered on multiple occasions and it’s always the same. I have allergies and noone answers the phone. I’ve tried 10 times and that isn’t an exaggeration. My food is late and I call and noone answers. Pizza hut recommends calling to resolve issues or deal with allergies but they don’t answer. Really wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I should start by saying the food is actually alright. However, I placed my order yesterday at 5:10pm and the predicted time frame was 5:45pm latest. The food did not arrive until 6:50pm, and they would not pick up the phone despite repeated attempts to call. I felt no sense of apology for the food arriving so late, and the website should do much better.

Food- The pizzas are average when compared to the actual standards.
Service- They are reasonably good in terms of their service. The atmosphere is not welcoming as it’s not a dining restaurant and they only deal with delivery and take away orders.
Hygiene- I found the place to be bit unhygienic. There was plenty of dirt and waste underneath the main oven and it looks like it’s not been cleaned for ages.
I feel the team should give more importance to hygiene when it comes to food because it ultimately affects the people’s health.

I ordered a large pizza and two sides from the Pizza Hut on Grove Road with an estimated delivery time between 19:08 and 19:28. The delivery never arrived within the promised timeframe, and when I tried to contact the store, no one bothered to answer the phone despite multiple attempts. I was forced to visit the store in person to find out what was going on.
When I arrived, I was told the delay was due to “high demand”—a laughable excuse considering the staff was standing around, joking, and clearly not taking their work seriously. They didn’t bother to apologize for the delay, and the phone was ringing non-stop in the background, completely ignored.
This location is consistently terrible when it comes to delivery service. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and the store’s hygiene standards are appalling. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Pizza order arrived 15 mins late for a start.
Pizza then arrived wrong. Ordered half tomato sauce half bbq sauce, came all bbq. Ordered Hawaiian on both sides, didn’t receive any ham or pineapple. Called branch, claimed they can’t do half different sauce base though website allowed and admitted pizza topping was read wrong and confirmed it was a mistake I’ve then said I want a refund, he’s then said he can’t but can send a new pizza, as it’s over an hour after I’ve ordered I’ve declined a new pizza and he’s said I can have credit on branch, again declined. He’s then said he can’t refund which is against trading standards policy. He was rude and argumentative the whole phone call and said because we had a pizza and wanted a refund we was contradictory and even if head office told him to refund he would not authorise it. You can note that I also told him they can collect the wrong pizza they sent as it’s going straight in the bin. He was the most disgusting man I have ever spoke to and if this is how you treat your customers for your mistakes I will never ever order anything from you again. Vile and outrageous. Have made formal complaint

Terrible service – avoid. I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered by 7.30 pm. For some reason they chose to deliver by Uber and which was picked up at 8 pm. Tracking shows 10 mins but uber driver was going all around Norwich probably delivering 100s and delivered at 8.35 pm. Icing on cake – nobody bothered to pick my call on store. My friday dinner was ruined.
