I don’t know if this location does not have the hut favorite crust seasoning but EVERY TIME I order from this location they NEVER put it on my pizza. When I call to inform them of this they don’t answer the phone. I sit on the phone, on hold until the line disconnects. The one time I got someone on the phone she had the worst attitude. Most times I go pick up my pizza from a different location because I’d rather drive then deal with the abysmal service from them. I decided to give them another try tonight, and true to form they screwed up my order and didn’t answer the phone. How they manage to stay open baffles me, but next time I’ll just make the drive.

This place is garbage. My order was an hour late, stale, cold and disgusting. The delivery driver kept me at the door to harass me about adopting a dog. I was told I was getting a refund which I didn’t, I have called and called and no one ever picks up the phone and it just hangs up on me. I want the refund I was promised. Guess I’ll drive up there and and be mad in person. Thanks Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut Express grab and go counter inside SuperTarget always hits the spot. Cheese is always bubbly and hot, crust is golden brown and crisp everytime. Can’t go wrong with a personal pizza or pasta ready to grab and go here.

Wrong phone number. Melissa location kept me on phone for 10min and won’t deliver to me claiming Trinity Falls is over 5 miles big when it’s a total of 8.2 miles away. Pathetic service.

Hice una orden alas dijeron que estría lista alas 10:30 y eran la 10:50
Hablé al centro de llamada porque no me entregaban la orden y ahí me dijeron que ya estaba lista para recoger hablaron ala tienda no atendieron la llamada y desde el drive thru se escuchaba el teléfono y también pasaban por la ventana nos miraban y solo nos ignoraron
