Had a good experience with this location. Had order dominoes previously and they takes over an hour to get my order completed. Pizza hut took less than 45 min to make and deliver my order. I forgot to add my apartment number in the address and they even called me to be sure. The staff tonight was great! Food was delivered timely and was still hot.

I usually never had an issue with this location until today. I order 1 large hand tossed pep and sausage pizza and 1 large thin crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, with pineapple etc. I end up getting the the second pizza twice but with a regular hand tossed crust. Apart from the the rest of my order was complete. I just never got my regular pepperoni and sausage pizza. Nor my thin crust.

I Always order from here until 4 days ago that I placed in order of a large pizza with beef as a topping since I can’t eat pork ! And I order wings and pasta and 2 liter pepsi, when delivery I got almost everything exept the 2 liter soda which the delivery said in a annoyed voice im gonna have to come back and I was like ok that’s fine and he left and never came back! Which I was frustrated because me and my family where waiting for our drink for 30 min and no show at all then I open my pizza and check my receipt and it says they put pork instead of beef . So I tried calling the store which they would answer and said they couldn’t help me with it so that I would be transferring me to another department and I waited and waited and no answer so I kept calling and they would do the same thing which I got tired of and call the hot line and said they reach out to me in 3 bussiness days and still no response this is by far the worst experience since I been a customer for years . I don’t think I’ll be ordering more if this is how they treat their costumers. What a waste of my money to Pizza Hut $55.00 and received NO Soda And No Correct food! That I a could not eat .

NICE COMEBACK! Over the years the quality of their pizza got worse and worse, I would barely ever order it anymore but lately it has been the great old pizza that it used to be! Lots of toppings, lots of cheese and crispy buttery crust. I would give it 5 stars but it still seems to take a little long for a chain pizza and a little pricey too.

Ordered a big box with wings and breadsticks. Paid for extra sauce on wings, there was no sauce at all. Breadsticks were so hard you couldn’t bite into them. Request marinara, non given. Order under completely different name than given. Called store. They said a manager wasn’t available and I would receive a call back. It’s been 22 days, no call.

They delivered the wrong item, I tried to call the store. I waited for almost 15 minutes, no one answered the phone. I drive down there and tell them what happened, no “I’m sorry”, nothing. He plops some wings in the fryer and and tells me it will be 7 min. I can hear the phone ringing and ask if he’s going to answer it, he tells me he’s busy, he was just standing there! So he goes in the back where I cant see him. After I get my item I ask if I can get the delivery fee refunded since I had to drive there to get the correct order. The first girl shrugs and walks away, so i flag down the kid I talked to before. He told me I have to talk to the main manager and he thought he MIGHT work tomorrow. Unbelievably horrible service! The whole time I was there the phone was ringing and no one ever answered it! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the delivery driver was nice.

Last night was absolutely the last time I’ll ever be ordering from this location. I wanted extra sauce and was clearly given light sauce. The crust was like eating cardboard that even dipping in garlic butter couldn’t help. The beef toppings were also hard as a rock like it was left in too long. Same with the cheesy breadsticks. This was the first time in 2 months I decided to give them a chance. Last time I had received a message saying it was out for delivery, waited an hour before calling, then spent 30 minutes on hold with no response after the initial person answered, then decided to order from elsewhere and not 5 min after doing so I get another text saying it was out for delivery. The manager ended up calling me when they got here and I told them I don’t want it. There needs to be a direct contact number and not a call center. Overall there is nothing that I can be offered to rectify this. I’m done with this location and hope it closes so that someone that actually cares about quality can start over fresh.

I usually order chicken wings from here and they turn out great but tonight, I ordered cheese-it pizza and Medium Sausage Pizza.. Not only did they take an hour to get here (I was notified they’d come at 10:04 and they got here around 11:00.. I live 5 minutes away), they gave me over-ferment pizza.. It smelt like pure rubbing alcohol. I couldn’t handle the smell, so I threw it out. I know over-ferment dough is safe to consume but I still would prefer a fresh pizza.. The cheese-it pizza was decent though.
