The food here is usually pretty good for the price. The staff is usually friendly, but they have their days where the service isn’t that great. But all in all it’s a good place to grab some pizza (or pasta) if you’re in a hurry.

The food was good but the customer service could not be worse. The person taking my order was as clear as she could be that she didn’t want to interact with me or other customers. Spent more time facing away than toward the register, gave attitude, wouldn’t make eye contact or do anything but mumble my total. The other staff were arguing with each other as I ordered. Overall a poor experience that spreads negative energy to the campus.

Usually when I order food, the person behind the counter doesnt look at her coworker in shocking judgment after I order my food. Anytime I ask for something that hasnt already been made (because I only ever seem them stand around and talk), the employees treat me like I’m a villain. I’m sorry you were asked to do your job. Probably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Food always tastes poor as well, but go figure…

I have never done anything but grab the pre-made hot stuff off the counter. I have never ordered anything special. I like Pizza Hut in general and the pizza and breadsticks they have out there are good as expected, though I got a pasta once that had obviously been sitting for a long time. That only happened once, though.
