I’ve always had good service from the drivers. Always respectful and usually quick.
Reason I’m giving a 1 star is the fact that they ripped me off and basically took my money. I ordered 3, 8 pieces boneless wings. I opened the first one and had 6, second one had 7 and the last had 5. Pretty disappointing that either someone in the kitchen can’t count to 8 or the business is being ran like this for online orders.
Haven’t received an email back from corporate either since I most definitely want some of my money back because I only received SOME of my food.

I have ordered from this location 3 times and all 3 times have been a disaster! This latest will surely be the last! Took an hour and 45 minutes, 30 minutes late, stone cold pizza and soggy because it has been riding around town with the driver half the night. Called 20 minutes before it actually arrived to check on it and was assured it was just leaving. I live 1 mile from the store! Save your $$$ and stick with PAPA JOHNS! They are on time and the pizza is always hot!!

Ordered 2 pizzas last night and one was fine, but the other looked and tasted as if it had been under the heat lamp for the hour before it was delivered and barely had any cheese. Luckily we had a bag of mozzarella on hand. Delivery guy was kind and didn’t mind our enthusiastic pup but the food was immensely disappointing.

We hardly ever go to sit inside for dinner…and last night may have been the last time. Ordered 2 pizzas for the table, got 1 and the other was “forgotten to be put in the oven”…so we waiting an additional 15 minutes and then the 2nd pizza was not evwnncooked, the crust was soft, soggy and raw. Horrible experience at white house location. And as we were leaving a kitchen employee was sitting outside smoking. Nice and classy….sad but true.

You guys delivered to Weeping Willow Road for at least 2 years. My wife called to place and order and the “new manager” says we don’t deliver there anymore, just to the crossroads. What? We are 1/0 mile past that and we TIP GOOD AND I MEAN GOOD FOR YOUR DRIVERS. You need to reconsider because we were good customers. If you can’t deliver to my home then I won’t dine in your restaurant. That’s called a lost customer.

Had a really good experience with this Pizza Hut up until I realized that the entire franchise doesn’t care about their employees whatsoever. Worked there and loved it for almost a year until a General Manager ruined the entire experience. If Angie is still running the place, don’t touch the food! Runs it like a dump. Unhealthy and unsafe environment for the employees.

Very dirty, I mean filthy dirty. The two toliets won’t flush. Bathroom sink scummy! Discusting! Pizza was doughy, but manager corrected it. Aaron waiter was excellent! Floors dirty from not being swept for days! Dust on shelves between booths. Dust on turntable that holds paper towels, tgat your pizza sits next to. I will say management was great & pizza wonderful once cooked correctly.

I’m a big fan of Pizza Hut, but the state of this location is in need of some attention. If you don’t know it’s open you might thing the place is closed since they often have half of their dinning room dark and the other half has multiple lights out. Thus location operates like a delivery/carryout only location for the most part. As for the pizzas, they do what is necessary to send out food, but nothing extra.
