Had an offer through the app for a free pizza and was impressed. Pizza tasted fresh and flavourful! Wings left a bit to be desired but overall a great experience. Pizza was hot and ready right when I arrived, will be back!

I will prefacr this by saying the food tasted great with the exception of super cooked pepperonis. One issue I had was the pepperonis. They were so overcooked they were an odd color. (In the pic I had already removed the worst of them and fed them to my dog.) My second issue was that I ordered a large salad. The salad I recieved was not even half full. I tried contacting the store by phone with no answer. I also submitted a complaint online and never got a response back. I don’t eat here often because the price, but on this occasion I was treating my friend and I. I probably won’t be ordering again.

I order for pick up. I went there and one lady was there ordering her food. I had to wait for 12 minutes to get my food that I ordered for Pick up. It takes them 15 minutes to prepare the pizza and 12 minutes to give me my pizza? Why don’t you have a pick up counter like other places? Why do I have to wait for the food that I already ordered and that is ready for pick up? It doesn’t make sense right? Improve and organize your restaurant better. No sense of customer service at all.

Restaurant is very gross. The bathroom stunk like urine. The employee I spoke with did not know the menu or what a promotion is and the food was sub par. I don’t know who owns this establishment but they are running it into the ground. It is dirty, the service is bare minimum and the hygiene and cleanliness is abysmal. There was no soap in the bathroom. I told the employee who informed me the hand soap had been out for two days. I was offered to go back behind the counter to wash my hands and I declined because I didn’t feel like that was appropriate. I got the $5 dollar pizza and fries deal.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The pizza is phenomenal — perfectly crisp crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings that make every bite incredible. You can really tell they care about quality here.
On top of that, the service is just as impressive. Tyler and Tom are absolute stars — super friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect. They make you feel genuinely welcome every time you walk in.

Huron church Windsor Pizza Hut should highly do better to keep it’s potential customers,We can’t spend our money on such garbage that my Dog couldn’t even eat,Plus this hasn’t been the First time when am receiving poor Quality pizza With no cheese,no bbq sauce of which I paid additional charges.please if there is no one responsible for answering the online calls for over 17times of calling would be better to delete contact information on the website so that we don’t have to waste our time precious time.How I wish I can give a Zero star to fit my pain of losing my money for nothing ,that couldn’t feed me for dinner and I had to order another meal elsewhere for my Dog.the pizza was so hard that I have mouth sores ,dry bread ,very thin crust ,less vegetables this is really a scam.You people need to respect our MONEY and TIME.

Before anything, the people and the service are wonderful. But Pizza Hut, what is this nonsense food quality. Look up what a pan pizza looks like, even your own in images and then tell me what this joke of a pizza is.
Had an issue with a pick up order. Order was replaced hassle free. Great communication and help from the manager. I was impressed with the customer service as we’ve had issues with this location (quite a while ago) and had only started to order again recently. I’m glad things have improved. Thank you again to the manager for her help and even email followup.

Trash food quality, I paid 28 bucks for a large pizza and a drink, my drink was missing, and the pizza dough was not even cooked properly for half of the pizza, it was super sticky and doughy. Overall, worst pizza I’ve had in windsor, do not reccomend, if you want pizza hut id advise go to another location this location has trash quality pizza. 0/10

The GM Tom and the shift manager Tyler are both exceptional employees. Never fail to make my Pizza Hut experience enjoyable. The food is always awesome and cooked to perfection! I recommend to come to this location, great atmosphere!
