I ordered XL supreme pizza which was 27.99 on the overhead menu but was charged 28.99. I questioned the lady behind the counter why it was 28.99 instead of 27.99 and I was refunded without explanation.
After 10 mins I picked up my XL pizza and found it was separated in 2 boxes so I said it didn’t order these. The lady behind the counter said they don’t have the XL paper cardboard box so they made me 2 pizzas. She said XL has 16 pieces so she gave me the same numbers of pieces to me. She didn’t tell me any issues about the paper box when I ordered my pizza. She didn’t asked me if it would be ok for me. Then I found that 2 pieces (that were cut to 16 pieces) of the pizza she gave me was on promotion for 19.99 with 4 dips but I was charged 27.99 for these pizza that was on promotion and with no dips. It would be nice if she just be honest about that they had no paper box, pricing and everything or tell me about the issue before hand and offer me the alternative. Honesty is the best policy. If you want to do this kind of practice don’t let people find out.

Very bad customer service.
When it comes to taking your money, they’re very nice — but the moment you have a complaint, you see the other side.
I ordered 36 hot wings (14 + 22) and went home only to find out there was no sauce on them, and the wings smelled really bad. I called right away to let them know, and instead of helping, they refused to take the wings back and even hung up on me twice.
I finally had to drive back to the restaurant just to get a return.
Terrible service, bad attitude, and poor-quality wings. Never going back.
