The drive through window is convenient! However, when the employees are screwing around and not taking care of customers, is bad customers service! I gave the food a 3 because it wasn’t cut all the way through! Usually, they offer a bag for the breadsticks and sauce, not tonight! And when paying with a card, offering a receipt is a must! I would have asked but the working just turned around and starting goofing off with the other employees!

These workers are just incredible, kind and always helpful. Plus their food is pretty good!! There is no dining in here but there’s a drive through window to order ahead and get without ever leaving the warmth of your car!

Terrible! Ive had better pizza from a gas station! Its sad when the pizza is only cooked on top and the rest is way under cooked and the slices aren’t cut equally or completely and when you try to remove a slice it rips like wet paper.
Ive never been so disappointed in a pizza place more than the this other than domino’s. Maybe its just the alma and the lack of care.
I hope whoever made my food and allowed it to make it out the door has life time of disappointment and never experiences satisfaction with any order they make.

Me and my sister love coming here when we’re in Alma! We used to do the fast food stores but then discovered this place. The workers are super friendly and the food is the Best I’ve ever had! When u drive up, it looks kinda iffy. I get the Italian Cheese Bread and my sister gets the bread sticks. I’m telling u, they are hands down the best ever!

Only good thing about it is the price. We’re always either waiting for a “hot n ready” or they are dried up and nasty. They don’t make crazy bread like other locations either. Also dry and tasteless. Think ordering ahead will guarantee a fresh pizza? Think again, they will give you a hot n ready if you don’t special order it. Hopefully the rumor is true that a Jets Pizza is coming to Alma. Alma needs a quality pizza place.

Decent pizza, we love it cold or rewarded… our only complaint is that they never have the ultimate pepperoni available… there is ALWAYS a 10 min wait. We use them in a hurry since they have a drive through, which means we usually do not have the time to wait.

I placed an order online, and nowhere did it let me pick or replace the crazy sauce for the cream cheese dip. I called in and let them know I had placed an order and they told me they can’t do anything about it. They could void out the order and I could place it again, add something of equal value and then they’d “know” vs just adding the cream cheese and charging me as a walk-in and putting it on there I had to order a separate delivery order for said inaccurate item to get the total, so I paid an extra $8. Working in customer service myself I’d never handle the situation like that.
