Do you want the worst customer service ever? Well, you hit the jackpot at this place. I ordered a pizza, waited two hours, and there were no updates. I called their number and was on hold so long that it hung up. After 5 minutes, I called again, and the number said the Pizza Hut location was closed, which is weird because they are supposed to be open for another hour. What makes this worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this problem at this one singular location.

Purgatory is real, and it serves ‘pizza.’ If you had a delicious Pizza Hut pizza in the lower 48 and decided to stop in to the Fairbanks store you’re in for a dystopian nightmare. Hey Pizza Hut on college road, the gulag called, it wants its slop back. Pizza in name only. I’ve had better on AmTrak. I’m no snob, I love gas station hot dogs and I’m telling you don’t waste your time or money here. My colonoscopy was more enjoyable than this so-called ‘pizza.’ Limited ingredients all clumped together like a herd of musk ox defending themselves from a bear, barely cooked flavorless dough-like disc of disappointment. I’m one of those annoying people that can find the positive in a flat tire or visit from my relatives but this has really put a dent in my optimism. I need a shower and a stiff drink to put this behind me. I wish I could leave negative stars.

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order and was charged THREE separate times, yet the employee refused to give me my food because their system “didn’t show it.” I physically showed her all three charges posted on my bank statement, and she still denied my order like that was my problem. After standing there for over 20 minutes, I left with no food, triple charges, and zero accountability. Completely incompetent, unapologetic, and disrespectful of customers’ time and money. If you can’t process payments or resolve basic issues, you shouldn’t be in business. Avoid this location.

Don’t recommend this one. I entered the restaurant and wanted to eat some good pizza. Unfortunately i have been waiting for the waiter for more then 10 minutes. I did not want to wait longer and left. Worth noticing is that i was the only customer in the restaurant so waiter did not have much things to do…

I have been driving for DoorDash in Fairbanks since 2020, Pizza Hut abuses the contract system to outsource deliveries. Declining Pizza Hut orders hurts Dashers ratings but accepting them means that compensation is almost 100% tips on drop off. Out of the last five Pizza Hut orders I have delivered on DoorDash I have averaged $3. Most people who order from Pizza Hut think that the drivers get an hourly wage, but Dashers do not and the outsourcing practices are exploitative. There should be a 5-10 dollar minimum on deliveries, not $2

Went in to order dine in. our food was given to us in to go boxes. Pizza was not cut all the way through We were not given plates. Then the manager and staff on duty were cussing and causing chaos while on the clock inside the restaurant very disappointed. I have worked for Pizza Hut before and have never seen this kind of behavior, dirty dishes, still sitting on tables tables not wipe down floor, not vacuumed. Do better Pizza Hut get it together.

The pizza was good. They did not have any silverware except a plastic spoon. The pizza was not cut through and they gave us a plastic spoon to finish cutting through the crust. No condiments on the table and charged for the parmasan cheese when dining in. Had to ask for napkins and plates twice before they were brought out. We were the only party dining in.

Terrible experience with carryout. I tried calling in my order but couldn’t get through, so I drove down to the store. The guy at the counter took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes. I sat right in front of the register and waited. After 30 minutes of silence, I asked for an update. He casually turned around and said the pizza had been done and sitting there. No one bothered to tell me. He didn’t apologize and didn’t seem to care at all. When I got home, I found out they made the pizza wrong. If you want hot, fresh, accurate pizza and basic customer service, go somewhere else. They clearly don’t care about your time or your order.

After 18 minutes waiting for my pizza the gentleman up front tells me that my order didn’t pop up and was in the oven. 3 minutes later I see someone just placing my pizza in the oven (I asked the same employee if that was my pizza and he said yes) to which he didn’t even apologize. I dont know this kids name but please have someone else work the phone and counter. That guy could literally not care less about customer service and talking to him on the phone/in person is insufferable. My hisband and I left shocked at how terrible our experience was.
