My pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. The crust was still doughy. Had to put it in my air fryer to be cooked all the way done. I mean we love pizza from pizza hut but this time my pizza wasn’t cooked all the way done.

My family and I ate here for my Birthday today, there were no other tables and 3 people working on shift, the waitress asked if we wanted a booster seat, we said yes but she never brought it, which was fine I just went and got it, but the rest of the time they never checked on our table other then when they took our order so I had to get the booster seat, as well as keep walking up with my family’s cups asking for refills 5 different times, then when we were done I had to go ask for a to go box as well as our bill. I would completely understand if they were swamped, but we were the only table there. If you want pizza hut I would suggest going to another store where they will give you actual service.

Placed the order never received the pizza. So my husband called while I put the baby down for bed. They told my husband they didn’t have the order then the manager said they had an old number on file and then charged my husband more than the price we originally paid … we ended up calling back and canceling it because I looked on my account and they did have my correct number but never called and then tried to charge us more .

Worst service ever! We waited over 30 minutes after being told our pizza would come out in 15 minutes. I finally asked where our food was and was told that there was an issue with the computer in the back and they forgot about us. We could clearly see the paper copies hanging up telling them about our order. They said it would be another 15 minutes. I asked to see a manager but they were unwilling to come up front and sent the front girl back with an offer for a couple dollars off or pizza. The girl assisting us at the cashier was polite but had no ability to help us. We asked a second time to see the manager and explained we wanted our pizza for free. (We were already paying for overpriced drinks). She asked the manager again and they refused to talk with us. We came to use our son’s free personal pizza for reading at school. It’s shameful to treat customers like this! We strongly discourage eating at this establishment. We had great service at the pizza hut on Geo Way and would recommend going there instead even though they don’t have dine in currently.

Charged $25 for one medium supreme pan pizza. Menu price is $12. Horrible service, the store smelled of BO and old food filth, and then I was overcharged. Nope never returning. If I could give a zero score I would.

The pizza I received did not have much taste at all. It was bland and had no substance to it. I didn’t expect my free pizza to be so small. Dominos has better quality pizza at a decent price. Pizza Hut was better when they had the salad bar and the good old arcade machines.

Good pizza, just not my favorite.. (Anymore).. I LOVE the smell and the inside of the place.. So nostalgic! Great fries and pizza! But just like domino’s… A hit or miss – sometimes. I recommend this pizza if you don’t expect amazing pizza.

Ahh I can still remember the Pizza Hut experience growing up. Sadly now it’s far from it, my 5 year old told me to never come back in because she saw dead and live bugs by the window. The tables were dirty, the cheese wasn’t very confidence inspiring, place was empty , overall a stale experience. One large pep with two drinks at $40 no lie.
