This location is brand new and gorgeous. However we got there at 10 Pm. 30 minutes until close. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered carry out but decided to eat in. They changed our order and brought us our food on a serving dish. I did not even have to ask. The food was yummy they make good pizza. I give it 9 out of 10. The toppings could have been spread better. Over all they get only 3 stars. I know sound like a good review so far. However the store was thrashed not one clean table and we were the only customers there. Also the bathroom not thrashed but had not been stocked and was out of soap. If it was a clean restaurant they would have got 4 maybe 5 stars.

Either pasco Pizza Hut is being under cooked or doe isn’t being made properly but something taste off. It doesn’t taste like it use to. Kennewick Pizza Hut is a lot better….and the lady up front is never happy it seems like girl if you don’t like your job get another one….

Service at this location is terrible arrived and let her know I was already here waiting for my pizza. The employee disregarded me and kept Chatting with her other coworker, waited patiently, while my pizza was ready, saw her take what look like my order to the back, which was weird because I had already checked in, waited a few more minutes she didn’t mention anything, so I checked in, stood there for a bit still disregarded while she kept chitchatting with her coworker. She corrected me how to say my name several times and as I was leaving, she said you too, which was petty because I did not say thank you employees name is unknown. She had short black hair and this was on the morning of October 4 around 11 AM. I will not be returning to this location.

Staff was rude, no understanding, no apologize. I order online said it was gonna be ready in 20minutes. I go to pick up 40minutes later and wasnt ready. Not to mention they lied about my order. One staff said it would be ready in 5minutes. 10 minutes later another staff said they forgot about it and just placed it. I ended up getting a refund and going else where.

This place has stepped up their game tremendously. Went on a sunday night. The pizza was amazing and the wings were very delicious! Got the cheesy bites pizza, awesome pizza! If they let you down I’m sorry but experience varies for everyone.

Staff was very unwelcoming, I went in to dine with my daughter, I really wanted to give her the experience of dining in the Pizza Hut just like we had as kids but the staff taking out our didn’t really know what to do when I told her we were dining in, I had to ask for a menu, they didn’t even bother to look at me while taking my order, I wasn’t even done with my sentence when ordering when she was like “what else do you want?” Food is always good place is renewed and it looks great but staff is just …. Do we have a cheese shortage going on because honestly this is one of the worst pieces I’ve gotten at Pizza Hut on Court Street. Like I don’t even think it was cooked all the way it’s raw dough. I ordered pepperoni pizza with pineapple on it and I think they made the pepperoni pizza then through pineapple on it very little pepperoni.
