Been ordering here for a lifetime now. They have always Been on point every time. Tonight though, was a last minute save my soul kinda deal. We were starving and really wanted a reg. Pizza 1 topping. Just a real basic pizza. Went to little Caesars and they told me 10 min before I arrived no, can’t make one don’t have enough time. Ran down to our local spot ( Pizza hut) and sure enough. They came through. 3 min before close. Wow. Jenna was super nice and SUPER “can do attitude ” even though they were literally on their way out of the door. Kudos to her and the buddy that was on shift the night of 10/30/2025. You guys are the best. Will always continue to order from here.

Do you like your food put on the ground, on top of dead bugs, before the delivery driver rings the doorbell? Do you like to be told you’ll receive a refund for bug pizza, from a rude manager, but after almost a month you have to chase down your money? If so, this is the pizza place for you! Was really happy ordering from here for a while before this happened, but the poor service after being a frequent customer was very disappointing. When food costs more, and it isn’t really edible, companies should back their product so we feel safe paying.

Worst delivery and customer service. Delivery order was 20 minutes late. I called the restaurant and spoke with a rude lady who seemed like she’s been having a bad week. Get a call from the delivery driver who is lost within the apartment complex (I get it. It does happen.). Claims to have found the right apartment. I waited another 3-5 minutes and call the driver back because he had yet to arrive at my door. He stated he was right outside my door which was a lie because I was outside my door. He was at the wrong unit in which I had to go look for him. When he gave me my order, the security tapes were not sealed and my food was squashed in the boxed. Called the store again to leave a complaint and the same rude lady just hung up on me.

Jenna manger SUPPER RUDE! They told me 15 mins I paid them. And came back 15 mins later and I said my food wasn’t ready they had 4 more orders ahead and he or she was like oh well just have to wait. And walked away he/she rolling the eyes at me

Poor customer service / attitude of the woman at the register. I wasn’t greeted when I entered (I was the only customer in the store at that moment), she only asked for my name. Also to mention I was never thanked for my business.
I tried their flat bread pizza which was ok but I wouldn’t order it again.
The overall experience was disappointing as it had been in the past, I won’t be returning to this location.

Delivered exactly on time, hot and beautifully prepared. A long time ago in ancient history I was a shift manager at Pizza Hut. I can tell you I would have been proud of the way those pizzas were made. The pepperonis were laid out appropriately, there were enough toppings that you got all of it in every bite. And best of all, whoever was saucing didn’t do that thing where they push down too hard and shove all the sauce to the crust, which is something that drives me wild. The sauce was consistent underneath the cheese throughout the entire pizza. Kudos to you guys. I would have taken pictures of your beautiful pizza but I was very hungry and so were the kids so it’s gone. You’ll just have to take my word for it. It was glorious pizza.

I pre-ordered delivery for it to be delivered at 630 didn’t get here until 655. I had noticed that I didn’t place my one topping for my pizza so called at 445 to add the pepperoni first i waited in hold for 8mins. Hung up then called back. The girl who answered, started staying that there was no order for me, was i sure it was the correct one. Said yes I’m looking at the order confirmation, told her I have the order# if needed, she stated no we only have by name , then she states let me try your number. Oh ok then she finds it and says oh it’s because it’s for later I can’t do anything, I told her I just need to add the pepperoni before it is made and delivered, then she proceeds to say can you do it online, I said no…it tells me that u have to call the location directly, then after oh I dint know, umm get me get my boss. Oh wait I got it I added pepperoni. Then of course I get the pizza late.. with no pepperoni. I should not have ordered at this pizza hut! Terrible customer service!!
