I used to give these guys tips… used to. Every time I tip them, my pizza would still come out just not right with barely any sauce or just barely any cheese so I stopped tipping them specially since my last order I ordered in advance and it was 30 minutes of my husband sitting there just waiting for it even though I ordered at 1pm and I had to pick it up at 4pm… that was a sad suprise birthday party for that kid-to be simple…. Well, I got pizza today and there’s like barely any sauce on it. I had to put my own seasoning blend all over it. Everyone should stop tipping here until they can get it together. I don’t tip for low grade blandness. I could do this job better and not skimp on… sauce. lol
Atleast it was cooked good this time and the topping wasn’t messed up. Idk. They could just do better considering this is another experience here that’s just sub-par.

Just raggedy. Placed my online order at 5:41p, pizza was supposed to be delivered between 6:06p – 6:11p. My kids come to me irritated and hungry causing me to realize it was 6:45p. I call the store to ask where’s our food and whomever answered responds to me with an attitude like I’M the one late with their meal and tells me, “Oh ..for some reason it got left sitting here, but it’s fine. It’s been sitting in the warmer. The driver will be heading your way soon.” It’s fine?! Boy, please!! I used to work in pizza and I know how dusty a pizza gets after 20 MINUTES in a not so warm warmer ..mine sat for at least 45 minutes. This shit is stiff, barely warm, poorly made, dry && raggedy like I said to begin with. Mind you, I didn’t even wanna order from here, but this is what my kids asked for. Should’ve just stuck with my first choice.

I went in and got 2 ex large new Yorkers it took 45 minutes and they weren’t even busy then the pizza was gross I said I won’t be back and they said the manager should lose his job it’s a disgrace

That pizza…. was. PHENOMENAL. We’ve been coming to this same pizza hut for over 10 years. We’ve had hit and miss experiences, but NEVER had this good of pizza, delivery and service. Will always keep coming back. Thank you, Tyler and Team ♡

Pizza was apparently “just being boxed” once it was ready i was like what? It definitely didn’t feel warm like a fresh pizza box. The pie was cold as ice. I knew better but I gave it a shot anyways. Don’t do it. Pizza Hut is not what it once was. Support somewhere local, but even dominos runs laps around this crap.

Ordered my pizza and sides at 1139 am. Said it was out for delivery at 1224pm. Got a call from the driver at 1244 pm that they were lost in my apartment complex and had circled multiple times. My food came over an hour after I ordered it and it was cold. Not a good experience at all. If your driver is lost contact the customer when you arrive for directions instead of circling around lost. Will not order here again.
