I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a regular chicken sandwich. The pattie was so overcooked you could barely tell it was chicken. I was told to pull around and the first window had a sign in it saying “pay at this window.” I waited and figured out after a minute I needed to pull up to the second window.

All flavors of milkshakes were sold out. Soda was flat. The order process was a disaster. The order taking was curt and annoyed when asked questions. The big fish sandwich and Whopper JR were served cool after we had to wait in a parking space for the items to be delivered to my car in excess of 8 minutes. An 8 minutes wait and the food is cold!! No napkins in the bag. When asked for napkins the server was very annoyed at the request. A good fast food restaurant would realize that people might wan to use a napkin. Not worth stopping at this location under any circumstances.

Really nice BK. Not busy inside, but it seemed the drive up window was. We just stopped to get an order of chicken nuggets. They were in Halloween shapes, cute. Hot and tasty. Love their cini minis.

They literally had three people and we waited forever, they weren’t serving anybody even at drive through and it wasn’t like they had a crazy line, no, there was nobody inside and they would not help at drive through. the guy that was standing at registers inside he was just looking at receipts and not helping anyone, this other young guy had to run back from the window to registers back to the kitchen. Ridiculous. Burger King do better with your scheduling and staff

Well first I sit there and wait for about 20 minutes while this little brat of an employee apparently tells me she’s the manager…smh.. instead of taking my order while other people were deciding she made me sit there and wait. I was very patient and very calm. I finally got my food about 15 minutes later even past the point of waiting my fries were cold and I had no ketchup of course she didn’t offer any maybe it was my skin color …to make a long story short Brynn was very rude unfortunately for her I know a lot of people from corporate. I don’t think they would approve of you throwing the ketchup practically at me telling me you always do that to customers and also when someone calls to voice their concerns and you tell them that you are the manager you probably should give them an ear and listen. But again unfortunately for you that was the wrong person to do it to

Ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers at the drive thru tonight.
In each of the burgers was one charred burger patty. Straight up burnt. And another burger patty which was cooked correctly. Ever bite into a piece of charred meat.
Went in with my order ticket and the 2 charred patties and asked to speak to a manager. Showed her what I was served and she just blankly stared at me like a deer in headlights and mumbled, I’m sorry. After 2 more I’m sorry’s from her I just stated it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever bitten into and I wouldn’t be eating here again.
Whoever put these burgers together should never be allowed to touch another persons food ever again.
