I really like Pizza huts Pizza. their wings are very good. Their desserts are very tasty. have good pasta bowls. their breadsticks are good. the staff is friendly courteous and helpful. Ordered 2 my hut boxes with buffalo wings, they were so cold and dried up, and definitely were honey bbq. Stuff happens i get it but when I called the worker and said she just made those and they are definitely Buffalo. Kind of irritating really… because I paid 30 for to small hut boxes and tip well just to hear that I’m mistaken. Well don’t get wings at a pizza place unless it’s papa John’s I guess.

First AND LAST time at this location. Ordered some wings – always happy for wing Wednesday. Well, chicken nuggets from McDonald’s would have been better AND cheaper! Ordered 24 piece Honey Barbecue which they split into two boxes – one of 18 and one with 6. The Six piece had sauce and the 18 piece had absolutely nothing! They were overcooked, dry and hard and tasteless. I guess $17 an hour isn’t enough to do a $6 an hour job.

I called my order in and asked for a double pepperoni stuff crust with black olives and extra cheese and it seemed like it was just a cheese pepperoni and olive, no extras. The location was difficult to get to and the staff member I dealt with was stoic. I used to work at Pizza Hut when I was much younger and the pizzas were much better. Much much better. I was disappointed and sad that Pizza Hut has dipped in quality so much.

Pizza was great. Had it delivered and it was here quick. But they used door dash. I received text messages from 4 different numbers for the delivery. Nice to know there sharing your info with a vendor. Have no plans to order another pizza from them with delivery as long as they use subs to deliver.

Update: I did receive a full refund. However, I will still not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
Today, 8-23-25, at 4:02pm, the time of the confirmation email, which I will keep, I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app. At 4:19pm, which I will keep, I received a text saying my order would be delivered at 4:33pm and I did not receive it until 4:46pm and then another text at 4:48pm saying the driver confirmed the delivery. That would be a time frame of approximately 25 min AND my order was delivered in a non insulated bag. Which I noticed immediately. When I opened the pizza it was cold and hard. The wings were cold and hard as well and did not have hardly any garlic parmesan sauce. The brownie was ok. I should have read these reviews before ordering or I would not have ordered anything due to seeing a lot of them saying similar issues they have had over the past few MONTHS. One would think after all these months these issues would have been fixed.
Order #86434663 (which has all my contact information) I am sure I’ll get a response saying please contact us for more information, which I have already given, to see how we can make it better for “next time”. Well unfortunately for Pizza Hut there will not be a “next time” for me. What I would like is a total refund.

I ordered a large pizza of medium thickness with ham, mushrooms and olives. Then I ordered another small one for my child. While we were waiting, we decided to try the pizza, but unfortunately there was no ham in it.
But the dough tasted normal. I reported this and they remade the pizza for me without any problems. And they gave me another pie.
I thought what a good service until I got home. I gave this pizza to my family and it was terrible. It was just dough spread with filling. The dough is thick, and almost no filling. It was completely tasteless. The dough was very greasy, too. Everyone refused to eat it, and I was very upset.

I ordered at 930pm and it was Stone Cold , reordered and it was good, but it was the next day so we didn’t get pizza that night

Please listen to the reviews, this location is absolute trash. It’s in a beautiful location but the night shift is terrible. The female making my Pizza told me that she forgot the instructions, so she went to remake it and this time the cheese burned to the top of the pan…? That doesn’t even make sense. Please see photos, from the conversation I could hear they were all trying to get outside to smoke, so maybe my food was not a priority.

There is always something wrong but small issues. Pizza not cut through all the way or like today our bread sticks were barley seasoned some of it not at all.. update: most staff wear their masks on their chin while working not covid friendly its like they think it’s a joke. Stay safe
