So I ordered my food , specifically a certain way. I asked for a double bacon cheeseburger with NO TOMATO, (ALLERGIC ) , WELL DONE AND NO SEASONING ON THE FRIES.
I get there , food was ready. Normally I check my food right away but it’s late and don’t think about it. Wanted to get home. LUCKILY I always check my food before eating it. Got home and noticed something red sticking out my burger, was TOMATOES. ANGRILY I started ranting to my friend and gave him the food so it wouldn’t go to wasted. I called the lady who gave me the food and told her who I was, she remembered, I told her I requested no tomato and there was two slices on my burger after telling her that I was allergic and they need to be careful and good I didn’t bite into it.
The lady said “okay”. I said okay? That’s all you have to say. NO APOLOGY? she said okay again and I told her she needed to say sorry. I didn’t even complain about returning the food or giving me my money back. NOR DID SHE OFFER IT. I told her that horrible service as she conversated with the guy who cooked it and he didn’t realize he threw tomatoes on the burger ! Fries are also over cooked At least my friend was able to eat some of it.

Always awesome I call ahead with a 200 dollar food order for my Bible class and it was ready and the out of town teachers love getting the chicken salads and rice bowls, they r bigger than the other fish and chicken spots, THE SOUTH FLORISSANT IS MY SPOT!!!!!!

The chicken I was, I don’t have to have it again. My hubby fish sandwich was mostly bread and veggies, the fish was very thin. He usually gets a buger and say those are good.
Staff was nice and friendly.
