Only bought pizza from this location twice. Second time I had a hair in my food. I called them immediately (less than 30 min after delivery) and asked for a refund. They said they couldnt process it until the next day which is fine but I haven’t heard back and while Im still hoping for a refund this is incredibly disgusting and needs to be shared regardless. It was baked under the cheese so I took a bite and when I pulled away the crust to feel the hair slide out of my mouth still stuck to the pizza. The hair was so baked in I couldve hung the crust from it. Needless to say even with a refund Im not going back. Also this is just my opinion but based on the reaction from the two employees I spoke to they didnt sound surprised which tells me this happens too often.

In a sea of restaurants going for the corporate cafeteria grey box, this Pizza Hut is a breath of fresh air. They have stayed true to the classic decor that made Pizza Hut fun to go to.
Everyone here is upbeat and hard working, moving with purpose without seeming rushed and chaotic.
Food meets the Pizza Hut standard, haven’t had a problem with accuracy. Lots of good deals keep things affordable too.

Ordered 2 pizzas and an 8 piece boneless wings. I brought my pizzas inside and realized the pizza was made wrong on one of them (they used a different sauce, which would not go well at all with the toppings), so I called immediately and they said they’d send a replacement. I then opened up the wings and 5/8 of them were around the similar size to the picture. I didn’t want to call and complain again, but it just wasn’t a good experience at all. The driver was great and very friendly, I know it was an inconvenience for him to return a second time (same driver). The lack of quality control was disheartening.

Our waitress took our order, never mentioning the specials even after we ordered two personal pan pizzas, when they had a special for one personal pan, drink, & breads ticks for $1.00 more than just a personal pan pizza. Not very happy.

We came specifically to dine in and check out the way back Wednesday deals. The food was quick and tasty. The staff were quite busy with takeout orders but still waited on us quickly and checked on us a few times throughout the meal. The deals are great, but the best part of the meal was our server/person who was working checking out. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name but he was incredibly kind and genuine. I didn’t have high expectations but his service and attitude really made the experience! Again, I didn’t catch his name but he was great and we are hoping he will be working again next week if we return again for the special!

Ordered at around 1:40pm on a monday. At 2:05pm it said the food had been delivered, but it was not at my door. I checked nearby and could not find it at any nearby apartments.Store did not answer calls, and now I have to wait thrpugh the companies online system for a refund.

Went here for a late night dinner. When we got here, we noticed the dining part wasn’t opened. When we went inside the guy said they weren’t because they didn’t have staff to keep it open that night. So then I realized someone was asleep at one of the tables inside the restaurant. Have no idea why, but I found it to be a little off. The food was good though and very friendly staff.

The floors needed swept really bad and almost all of the tables needed wiped down. They seemed really short staffed. Other than that, it was a great place for a birthday gathering and they even loaned us a knife to cut the cake and provided plates and forks! Pizza was good and they have some kid favorite extras you don’t usually find at pizza places like French fries and mozzarella sticks.

Showed up for carry out, they lost my pizza. Had no suggestions on how to fix my experience, so I suggested they start by remaking it, no refund and I sat there waiting and waiting. No receipt for my order. Nothing but 1 medium slapped together pizza, for $30 bucks
