Ordered a large carry out pizza with 5 toppings and wings for carry out.
Ordered a large pan tossed (thick) and got a thin pizza, Ordered chicken, bacon, mushrooms and pineapple with a side of jalapeños for the 5th topping. Got mushrooms and pineapple only on a thin crust. This is the 3rd time in a row from ordering from this location and Orders messed up. When I called she wanted me to bring all the food back in for a refund. Lady I live way out in moxee. This place needs to have people that pay attention and listen not just do whatever they want.

Several years ago we had a few bad experiences here. I finally decided to give them another shot simply because I love Pizza Hut. I’m really glad I did because it was so good tonight. The pizzas looked just like their ads. They were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing!

The young woman at the counter was super kind to all her customers, she remained calm throughout a rush and even let me use their restroom while we waited for company who didn’t show. Her name is Diana, and she definitely was an unexpected interaction for being on Fair avenue. Target is across the lot and we were happy to get away from them once again not treated as the other customers shopping. But each of the employees here at Pizza hut were kind and compassionate and didn’t hesitate to offer assistance or ask if we or anyone else needed anything. Thanks for being good humans and treating me the same.

Came in to pick up an order at 11:20 the girl in the front and wasn’t greeted at all, my food was just handed to me without a word. When she bent down to grab something, I thought it was part of my order, and all that was said was, “That is it.” As a waitress myself who had just gotten off work, I was really disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. A simple greeting or a little courtesy goes a long way.

The guy at the front was high out of his mind. Needed to remind him multiple times about items in our order, and even then he forgot to give us part of it. Needed to drive back for the rest. Hire competent people!

Ordered $100 worth a pizza and wings for Father’s day dinner. Items were sealed when we picked them up. When we got home and opened up the items I was shocked. Pizzas were large hand tosses and large stuff crust. The pizzas we got were more like thin crust. The wings sauce was in the bottom of the container and almost no sauce on the wings. As you can see the pizza looks like a microwave cardboard pizza, taste was not much better. The most disappointing part of this situation is the excuse the person that we talked to on the phone. Never said they were sorry about my bad experience just gave excuses about how they make the pizza to their standards and if we want them to remake it we need to bring it all back to the store. We decided that it was not worth driving 15 miles 1 way to have them remake the food. In hopes it would be better and waste time away from the Father’s Day celebration we had going on. This was our main pizza place but now we will be taking out business elsewhere. Very sad there is no customer service in this new generation.
