I frequent this Pizza Hut pretty often over the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The manager Zack and his staff are always so kind and courteous which to me, is astonishing due to the fact that Pizza Hut is such a large chain.

The quality and staff keep me a satisfied and returning customer.

The staff is awesome and very respectful. I enjoyed walking in and being greeted with a pleasant smile and greeting. I showed my order number, and the pizza was delivered to me in record time. When I got home, my wife and I had the best dinner ever. The cheese-stuffed crust was amazingly cheesy. We Loved it. Thanks for a job well done. I will be ordering again.

This was more frustrating than satisfying. We ordered curbside pickup. We were impressed by how quick they got it done, but then from our car we could see on the monitor in the store that our pizza was ready, but it was not coming out to our car in the curbside pickup spot. We called the number, waiting through all the ads and such, reached a person, then she said she would transfer us to the store. We waited on the phone again, and I finally just went in and got it. There were only two other orders (also ready) and one customer in the store. The pizza was good and hot, so we got home and dug in only to find that out was extra sauce instead of light sauce. Yuck.

On-line ordering is an absolute frustrating experience. I was on the web-site for the location I wanted placed my order, received the confirmation number. The order went to another location several miles away from us. The staff at the store I ordered from was useless in helping locate my order. Told me to go to all the other locations in a tri-city area to find my order for pick up. On-line customer service was just a inept as the Hawks prairie staff at helping me locate the order. Samantha at the Yelm Hwy location was able to help me (FINALLY). My order had ended up at her location and she was able to refund me. I learned that confirmation number is absolutely useless and has no bearing on order location. The Pizza Hut system is not able to help you locate your order, only what is for that particular location. Why have a confirmation number is it is useless. And looking it up by phone number they can only tell the last time you ordered from them. The system needs to be updated to allow the stores to use the confirmation number to locate the order.

My last order was not the best I have received. The pizza (thank goodness it was the thin crust to the edge) had seriously shifted in its box. About 1/3 of the pieces were on top of each other. It was pretty warm and tasted great, just a bit jumbled like it had been dropped. The seal had not been broken. This is a different store than most of my deliveries (the other one closed recently). I will try one more time and if my experience is similar, I will just switch to a different pizza delivery company.

Clearly the store I ordered from did not care about their product or their customer. The pizza was under cooked, tastes like actual cardboard, and was sloppily made. When they cut it, they cut it a out two inches from one side, leaving some pieces only crust and others taking up 1/4 of the pie. This shows they did not care a single bit about what they were sending out!!! If this is acceptable work from this store, I will not be ordering from them ever again!!!

Got a report about someone ordering pizza with our card. Called to tell them to cancel the order as the card was stolen. They told me the delivery guy had just left so there was nothing to be done. I asked if he could call the delivery guy to cancel. He said no. Thanks, big help.

The Service was wonderful, I ordered on-line and the pizza was ready and delivered to my care within a minute of us pulling up. We ordered a Ham and Pineapple. The pizza tasted good but we were a bit disappointed by the amount of ham that was on the pizza. It seemed to make it a bit dry.

already had doubts when calling to place order for pick up when the guy on the phone kept taking long pauses mid conversation. asked how long till the pizza would be ready. got a long pause from the other end. said “hello, again. when will the pizza be ready?” long pause yet again. until i asked a third time, dude said 15mins and hung up the phone. pulled up to the pizza hut 20mins later and the order wasn’t even placed
