Can’t recommend this location at all. Ordered basil pesto Margherita pizza and they forgot the basil pesto, mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms… certainly not how I would define extra mushrooms. Only reason I didn’t go back is because it’s a ten minute drive and they weren’t that great to interact with in the first place.

Dont know her name but shout out to the girl who works front counter most nights here with brown curly hair. unlike most people who basically tell you to shut up and just order she actually listens and treats you like a human being. Food is always great and the few times they’ve made mistakes they’ve always fixed it without you having to say much.

I would give negative stars if it was possible Ordered 60 dollars worth of pizza to have it come cold and the order was wrong . Not to mention the door dash driver they used was absolutely disgusting car full of trash and smelt terrible and I called for a refund and was told I’m just a shift lead I don’t know how to do refunds call back tomorrow and was hung up on. I would never recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone ever. You guys need to work on customer service and learning how to do your jobs competently

If I could give negative stars— trust me I would. I ordered online and it said 20 minutes, we went to the store and waited outside with our children. It took over 1 hour and 30 minutes and they NEVER MADE THE ORDER. Makes zero sense because I paid in person— the same person I paid didn’t know who I was ten minutes later and told me there was no order when I came back to check my order. They said they never had an order even though they took my money and I ended up getting a refund because we were tired of waiting and the workers are VERY incompetent. And I mean VERY. The manager said they would comp me the same meal the next day for my troubles but when I called they hung up on me — twice. Pizza Hut is STILL trash. Will never go here again. Someone really needs to shut this place down, it’s scary how incompetent everyone is in this store. Go down the road to Little Cesars and you’ll be happy you did.

The customer service is horrible. Unlike dominos that immediately responds on their app to an issue like missing food or an incorrect item, pizza hut has nothing to help you correct the order and the chat has no access to your order having you spend time typing everything out. Instead of giving me what I was missing which included a drink they just said here is a 2 large pizza coupon on us. Horrible. Never again. Forgot pizza hut was trash. Stick to domino’s yall.

This pizza hut got a little busy right as I arrived and even though the card machine needed to boot up which took awhile the employee still managed to get most of us lined up for quick payment while waiting for the machine. I can’t say that the new items from Pizza Hut are not the greatest but they are cheap.

You get the orders wrong they don’t cook the pizzas long enough so the crusts are still doughy it’s like eating a mouth full of mush and when you get people’s orders wrong like if they have food allergies and you put items on their food that they specifically requested not to be on their you’re endangering their life and you can be sued if you guys do your jobs right there wouldn’t be mistakes your cooking time for your pizzas is wrong it doesn’t get the crust in its thinnest areas crispy the bottom of the pizzas should not be doughy and soft and mushy should be firm and crisp what you guys serve is not pizza it’s like some of your employees getting too much of a rush they don’t read the order and they just say oh it’s just kind of pizza and they just make it and throw it together and throw it in the oven and get it out the door that’s not doing your job why give people options to customize their order or to make sure that they don’t have any food allergies if it’s just going to be ignored I’m pretty sure some of you are just following corporate orders but you should be doing the will of the people if you wouldn’t serve this slap to your family then why would you let it leave your doors without being right cooked correctly and prepared properly it’s not that hard service have worked in fast food we know how hectic it can get but there’s still no excuse they can take one mistake that could lead to someone Landing themselves in the hospital because of a food allergy of your neglect of your employees because they got in a rush or they’re following corporate orders it’s time for a reform either get with constitutional law and healthy for America Orby shut down

Worst experience ever me and my husband ordered 40 dollars worth of pizza which both where under cooked and the other one my toppings where messed up so I went back told them the guy was super rude but remade it and to come find out they messed the pizza up again we wanted black olives instead of green peppers but they still put them on the pizza and when I went to make sure it was done he snatched it up went to the back and complained and said it wasn’t done but I never even got to look and so he made the girl bring me my pizza and she acted like she couldn’t speak wouldn’t recommend coming here waste of money so disappointed they need new front counter staff
