Will not order delivery now that doordash are the main drivers. I live 8 mins from the store but enjoy the convenience of delivery. Ordered some wings. Driver picked up my order at 7:58, drove pretty far in the opposite direction and sat somewhere stationary for 10+ mins. About 30 mins after the driver picked up my order I get a text that they are outside. I text them im now suspicious of the order and why, and that id like to cancel. I wont do delivery if its doordash.

I ordered a pizza, waited 1 hour and called, then I had to call back another hour, called again And they said that they were starting my order and I told them to stop and to pay back my debit card and it’s bin 2 weeks and 2 more calls and never got paid back for my almost $50 bucks and still no money!!! I’m going to send a letter to them, letting them know that after all the years I’ve gotten pizza from them I’m sending a little of intent to sue!!! You would think they would at lease pay a person back after all the crap!!! But know!!! I’m a senior on a fixed income and Evern $50.00 hurts!! But what really missed me off is my Grandkids didn’t get dinner till late!!! Took them to McDonald’s!! Pizz,a Hut to theis date has not responded even after talking to them no money, so Yelp will be getting this story as does my Attorney they will pay me back every dime plus other fees!! I’m 64 and sick and didn’t need this crap when I was trying to be with the kids, THEY SUCK!!!!!!

Ordered through the app and waited for 40 min past the estimated delivery time. The pizza tracker marked it as delivered. Called the store and was told that the driver didn’t want to deliver to my address. He took the delivery with him. The employee on the phone said he would have to call the gm to do anything about it. I cancelled my order.

Ordered dinner for valentines and my hut personal box came wrong and cold and the super supreme was missing 4 toppings. Called and talked to Manager DEVIN and he sounded stoned barely talked and then hung up on me so I call back and he said I didn’t talk for 30 seconds so he hung up when I was talking when he hung up . Finally got replacement pizza and it was just as bad. Woke up 2 am to everyone vomiting in trash bin ,sink, toilet and I had to rush for a bucket . Definitely paid $60 for food poisoning …. sad we had to throw away all that pizza . Oh the wings were soggy didn’t eat that and the fries to my hut box smelled like old grease ……

I wish I didn’t have to rate at all on the food because my one-star rating is not about food. People should be encouraged to rate restaurants more on employee professionalism and behavior as well. Unfortunately, I much more recently ran into a situation with a female employee becoming kind of disrespectful after I’d not had any issues with her or this location before. I remember seeing her maybe once or twice before. Let’s just say that there’s nothing wrong with being comfortable and happy on the job as long as you don’t get TOO happy and comfortable to remember that because you are still on the job, there are rules to still have to follow about showing basic respect to others. This femaie employee during some of the earlier lunch hours, however, apparently assumed that just because I’d kindly acknowledged that I was picking up a fairly large order that she could go right ahead with asking me how much I get paid for my job – and then disrespect me even further by assuming that because I said I wasn’t going to share that information with her, that I either must not get paid much or that I must not be satisfied.
Honestly, my pay level and personal job and financial satisfaction had nothing to do with why I wasn’t going to tell her what I was or wasn’t getting paid for my job. IT WAS JUST NEVER HER PLACE TO ASK ANYTHING LIKE THAT AT ALL, much less assume something more unfortunate about me to my face after finding out that just because I’d showed her a little extra courtesy for having to work to get the order together didn’t necessarily mean that her nose was going to gain as easy an admission to my financial or other personal business as she apparently presumed it should be able to.

They delivered my 2 pizzas, and chicken smashed into 1 box and told me I’d have to go to the store and talk to the manager if I wasn’t satisfied, and she, “literally could do nothing”. Well I’m a paraplegic in a wheelchair. How’s that supposed to work? Inedible waste of money. After years of being a Pizza Hut customer, I have been completely turned off of all Pizza Huts and now take my businesses to Domino’s every Friday.

It’s astonishing that this particular store just flat out can’t make pizzas. 3 pizza’s I ordered tonight had 1/2″ of crust with no seasoning, no cheese, just lots of crust.
I don’t order from here often due to previous prior issues, but once in awhile I’ll give them a try and get reminded, that this store doesn’t know how to make a pizza!!!
I’ll just go to 104th and pacific pizza hut, they have competent people there.

Ok I’ve never had pizza this bad! This is crazy. Half the pizza is crust…the pizza is so flimsy when you lift it up everything falls off. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I did pick up. Open sign was off and store looked abandoned but it was open and people were in back. Been over a year since I’ve ordered pizza hut. Got a hand tossed that looked like a thin crust. I ordered extra cheese n you could see some sauce still. Seemed like they skipped on bread, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Like I said been forever since I had the stuff so not sure if it’s corporate or location but seemed like they were more concerned about saving on ingredients than actually making something you’d enjoy. I would rather try making my own pizza before ordering from here again
