Emmie was the cashier and her customer service was outstanding! She was warm, welcoming, and had great energy. I’m not even a country music fan, but somehow the vibe she created made it work—and I enjoyed it! I asked for a big, and she said, “I got you a large”—love that kind of service. I have had Marcos before in Florida and enjoyed it. This one was not on the same level and wouldn’t go again.
We were here for the night and needed something to eat. Marco’s was recommended by the front desk of our hotel.
We drove over thinking we would eat there. The outside of the place was nice, inside had sporadic tables placed and just wasn’t a place you wanted to have dinner in, we ended up bringing it back with us to the hotel.
The girl at the front was very nice but the pizza wasn’t good and the cheesy bread had no taste.
We didn’t eat it all, and just ended up going to sleep.
Very disappointing.

I won’t be going back. I ordered a cheesesteak and it came with only mushrooms on it, no steak at all. They are telling me I ordered it that way. They do not have it setup so that you can go back and check. It is ridiculous to even make that. I don’t think I did, but even if I did, it is ridiculous. It should have generated a flag on the site or they should have called. It’s a cheesesteak. $11 in the trash.

I ordered pepperoni magnifico and there was NO PEPPERONI!! Glad I had bacon sausage and onion added. That was a waste of $30!!!

The flavor was good, but it was the greasiest pizza I’ve ever had. It was so greasy that when my husband went to tilt the pizza boxes to put them in the backseat, that grease came, pouring out the corner of the box, all over our vehicle and all over his shirt. We went back inside to talk to the young lady at the counter, and she told us that was normal. We asked for the next size up pizza box so that we can put the medium size pizza inside of it to contain the grease. I told her this could not be the right recipe and she told me that that’s how it is. See pics.

Website NEVER works for delivery. Ended up calling to place order. Hour later no pizza. Called and they had to convert to Doordash. What if I hadnt called? Terrible service/experience. Too bad bc the pizza is good.

So…. I order a pizza bowl today after my husband ordered one yesterday and it looked so good!! Plenty of toppings and the cheese was crazy!! I ordered one from Papa John’s a couple months ago and was so disappointed at what I received for $10. So, when I heard about Marco’s pizza bowl, I had already decided that I wasn’t going to waste my money but my husband went on and on about his bowl…. I received my order after fasting for 14 hours and was so ready to devour the pizza bowl and I basically received a salad with sauce on the bottom. Granted, it has plenty of toppings, unlike Papa John’s but I’m so disappointed. I was so hungry y’all!!!!! . And I was told by the manager that other than giving the receipt to the GM there was nothing she could do!!! SMH. Soooooo disappointed The wings were good though. Lemon pepper

I placed an online delivery order on January 20, 2022 for a deluxe pizza bowl. After receiving the order I noticed a lot of pepperonis under the cheese and vegetables. It was so many pepperonis that the pizza bowl was not edible and was made like this on purpose. I also ordered Old World pepperoni in place of regular pepperoni. When I called the store each time I was put on a long hold and then the phone hung up twice. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. I will make sure other people know about their horrible customer service and food preparation.

We were satisfied customers of Marcos Pizza in Summerville. We recently moved to Darlington and found our local Marcos. The pizza was perfect and delicious! I wish they delivered to our house. We are too far away for home delivery. The restaurant was very clean and cool!
