I pre-ordered for a 6:30pm delivery. At 7:00pm I called the store to inquire about my order; the girl said she could offer a $3 credit towards my next order. At 7:19 our pizza finally arrived, not hot. I am very disappointed in our experience. Positive note: the delivery driver was professional and kind.

Dont rely on your food to be delivered. We placed an order through the app at 6:07pm. It stated to be delivered by 7:30pm. “Wow, but its fine we can wait”. We get a call from an unknown number at 7:20pm that was a voiceless call when we answered. We then called customer service at 8pm because the order status hadn’t updated past “being prepared”. Customer service confirmed THE STORE HAS BEEN CLOSED ALL DAY ….and corporate has been making calls to warn people ordering through the app. Previously we have gotten cold pizzas, forgotten sodas, and still frozen wings from this place. Just avoid the Redmond PH, it really seems like its quietly going out of business.

Got one of their pasta bowls, won’t ever again. Half the pasta wasn’t cooked, the cheese was beyond hard (definitely cooked too long), chicken was horribly dry and hard, and the seasoning was like they just took a handful and threw it on. Order was messed up and I had to argue with the guy to refund the $20 item I didn’t receive. He at first told me it couldn’t be refunded even though I didn’t receive the item. Eventually he refunded it after I asked to speak to the manager. And our pizza was cold and stale by the time we got it.

I ordered it to be delivered and they switched it to carry out! I have no way of getting there so I never received my pizza, nor did they refund my order! I sure hope they enjoyed their dinner at the end of their shift! This isn’t the first time Pizza Hut has screwed me over, beware of them adding tips to your credit card! Horrible service and Horrible Pizza, never again will I order from Pizza Hut!

Order a pepperoni big new Yorker. Got it home and no pepperoni. Called the store and individual on the phone had 0 customer service skills and told me, “You order it from the app and there’s nothing we can do.” Quality was absolute garbage, even for a cheese pizza. Basically just no sauce with cheese melted on garbage crust. No wonder the franchise is barely hanging on. Will never order from them again.

This location did not have a driver and sent my order to doordash without sending any message to me about it. After 30 minutes I called the store and thats when the “shift manager” who was not every accommodating told me that its was sent to door dash. And she did not know when it could be delivered. After hanging up I got a message saying that my order was sent to door dash and it will be a total of an hour after the delivery was suspost to be delivered before I might see any food.

Just ordered at 5pm. This location is partnering with door dash. Food arrive and missing 4 pizzas. Driver goes back and delivers at 630. Food is completely cold and on top of it the messed up our wing order. We called and no corrections, discounts, or anything was offered just a long wait on hold to find out where our pizzas were.
