I can’t share the atmosphere as I had delivery by a very nice driver. I also used my points for free pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas the same well done one with pepperoni 1 w/o. Mine the one w/o I didn’t order butter cheese I ordered butter, Italian herb and sesame seed crust. I got butter cheese and Italian herb crust. It was burnt the cheese bread was white under the cheese as if it didn’t cook all the way. How was my pizza w/o pepperoni burnt and wrong. I have had issues with the same place and didn’t feel like waiting on hold to complain. But I ate 1 piece of bread and not even a whole piece of mine. In which my stomach the next day didn’t agree with. The pizza sauce for dipping tasted rancid bad. I guess I lost my points but would you have enjoyed a pizza that looked like this ? My sons was cooked perfectly, if ya know just cheese burns maybe not cook as long as regular toppings well done. I was told you won’t do that for customers. I took these after my son inhaled his. He didn’t like bread either and also had stomach issues with bathroom next day. No longer ordering from here.

Ordered online and delivery was given to DoorDash. If I wanted to wait forever for DoorDash I would have ordered through DoorDash. If you don’t have drivers then tell people I’d rather pick it up than get cold pizza after 30 stops. People order from pizza shops because they are quick and professional. If this is the new normal consider a customer lost.

I preordered my pizza hours early to be delivered at 6pm. Not only was the order over an hour late but the manager obviously has no deescalation skills and use language that only escalated the situation. The order tracking wasn’t working but I received a message saying my order arrived. I looked everywhere and couldn’t see anyone. Mind you I ordered on my hungry Howies app as always. Once the manager got on the phone I explained the food did finally arrive and it was clear the pizza was at least an hour and half old . His response was are you just upset your order was late it’s New Year’s Eve we have other orders. So what I am getting from this manager is that because they have other orders it doesn’t matter that I received extremely old pizza despite pre ordering it. Apparently I should never ever preorder a large pizza order from here because I’ll receive it cold and old.
Next he decided to hang up on me. I made a complaint through corporate because clearly the management cannot handle taking accountability for their mistakes.
My company was mortified listening to the way the manager talked to me and not only did they record it but they decided to post it as well so that everyone can now how terrible the management is at this location.

This location has gone so downhill since moving in 3 years ago, we took a long break and tried them again, and the two times we went back it was just awful the first time I chalked it up to being super busy but this time they didn’t appear busy and the pizza was way over cooked, the crust was so tough it tore up the roof of my mouth, there was so much sauce the toppings and cheese fell off as I tried to pull it apart in the box. The crust was so tough they couldn’t even cut it all the way through. Needless to say instead of calling and complaining I am coming here to warn. Luckily GB has a lot of other pizza choices. I suggest going there.

The quality of the food was so good!! The management there knows what they’re doing. I went there after being mistreated at Dairy Queen and I’m so glad I ordered some Hungary Howies. They have a food delivered within like 30 minutes. It was fresh hot. They seasoned my Howie bread Generously and the pizza was phenomenal. You have definitely Earned my business!!!

I come in town from Farmington Hills, Mi when I go see my son I stop there to get pizza. I had a catering order for my grandson. Beverly the manager was the nicest, very accommodating, told me what kind of deals are going on. It’s nice to see wonderful hard working staff like Beverly making my day. It was a pleasure and I highly recommend this location. Very clean, pizza and bread were absolutely delicious. Thank you again Beverly for your dedication and customer service to me. It’s truly nice knowing there are people out here who care about you and want to help you out to have a successful event with great food.
