Hard Workin
Took me an hour through the app and wouldn’t complete my order or online and still no delivery spoke in person frustrated. I was told to calm down by a child, when I never raised my voice. I order pizza so dinner is easy. Wouldn’t recommend. Free breadsticks offered, let’s see if they show up.

The past few times we have ordered.. they always forget something.. And last night, New years eve.. I had placed an order and they forgot the mini cinnabons.. I get it was a busy night. My problem is when the driver came up, I asked specifically if they were in here and he said ” yes they are in one of those boxes” so I didn’t check and let him be on his way.. They in fact were not in one of the boxes.. They always forget something..It drives me nuts especially since I always tip good..

Great food and service. I get pizza here every Saturday night. I order ahead on the app and rarely have to wait. Also, the prices are better online. I can feed a family of 4, for less than $20. The staff is always very friendly, welcoming me when I come in and thanking me asI leave.

Ordered pizza online for pick-up then on the way to pick it up I made a wrong turn which I knew would make me late so I called to tell pizza staff my eta as it was just before closing and they said 5min is all they would wait, I arrived 11:06pm, door is locked, blonde lady still standing counting down her drawer ignored my knocking until my bf called her while I was standing there, then said to me very angry “I canceled your order, were closed” but she told my bf on the ph she threw away our pizza! We made the order at 10:40pm and it’s in the garbage? So if/when they threw it away they got a call before they closed and knowing their customer is just around the corner they throw it in the trash??? What? Who does that? Terrible people. I saw 2 men in the kitchen and this rude lady still at work and didn’t have to do this to a customer. I left embarrassed and really sad I got this treatment for no reason. I wasn’t yelling or loud just got the anger from apparently this lady’s bad day. So I called domino’s told them my story and he made the same topping pizzas and gave me a discount on behalf of that lady so my night went better and the pizza was so awesome from domino’s. So boss you need to do some training as your staff are falling behind on skills, and putting your franchise at risk…

I love pizza hut pizza over almost any other option around me. But in the last 2 weeks I’ve ordered the same pizza twice. With a simple special instruction, “don’t cook the bell peppers on the pizza.” And I’ve called in to ensure they saw the special instruction both times. Last week they said they saw the note and everything was good. I picked up the pizza and the peppers were cooked into it with the rest of the toppings. So I had to wait over 20 minutes for a new pizza to be made. Tonight I ordered the same thing, and the person who answered my call on the 4th try getting through said “yep. I’ll be making your pizza, I’ve got the note, all good.” I get there and when the pizza is ready, she gives me a small dipping sauce style cup of peppers with the pizza, barely enough to top 2-3 slices of my large pizza. I’m getting so fed up with spiteful food service workers in this city who just can’t be bothered to care about the work they do.

The website showed our order as delivered, but we did not receive it. The first person we spoke with told us to wait ten minutes and call back. When we called again, the second person insisted that we had received it, which was not true. It took nearly two hours to finally receive our order, and the employees were rude and difficult to work with throughout the process.

The people who work at this Pizza Hut around 5pm are very rude and do not know how to communicate with costumers properly…
I called today and was doing my best to be nice and explain to them what they did to me and luckily the manager was the one that took my order so I was explaining to her how she misunderstood what I was telling her and she was just very rude and not willing to agree so the manager had the nerve to hang up in my face forcing me to call back to make to sure I would be getting a refund and then her coworker was very defensive and rude I asked her multiple times if she could make sure that my refund is done being sent to me and she was just being rude and saying well she’s doing it
like dealing with a hole bunch of kids in Pizza Hut uniform

Worst experience ever! We have frequented this place often over the last few years, has always been clean and friendly customer service. Tonight was way different, instead of being seated or asked to find a seat, they took our order at the counter and had us pay in advance (no tip). Had to wait over 5 mins just to get a straw. Got our order to dine-in in pizza boxes (along with a larger group of people before us who got 4 boxes! ), also they no longer serve their ice tea brew which was great. After we got done eating I used the restroom, which was disgusting (pictures below). Needless to say we will never go here again, I hope the pizza hut by the u of o is better.

Horrible!! Christian gave my postpartum wife major attitude for calling and placing an order 10 till close. If he would’ve refused service this wouldn’t be here but he said yea we’ll make it and waited until after we paid to sound like a inconsistent infantile low life to a woman who just wanted some pizza, not too mention the level of disrespect this man put into cutting the pizza. Thank you for nothing and NEVERRRRR GO TO THIS LOCATION. Other than that pizza hut is delicious!
