I keep trying to get the XL Big new Yorker. First time it came with white sauce and parmesan cheese, it is supposed to have sweet marinara and an oregano blend of seasoning. The second time it came with very little sauce, no seasoning, and it was clearly made a while ago and reheated, also cut into eight slices not six. Honestly will never go to this pizza hut again when they can’t even make their special properly twice in a row

Pizza was decent but service was exceptional. Got my 2 pizzas 15min before my delivery time estimate so I was very happy about that, placed order then 15min later guy calls and says hes outside and they even remembered to bring my plates and chilli flake. Very pleased with the customer service and value.

Horrible!! Christian gave my postpartum wife major attitude for calling and placing an order 10 till close. If he would’ve refused service this wouldn’t be here but he said yea we’ll make it and waited until after we paid to sound like a inconsistent infantile low life to a woman who just wanted some pizza, not too mention the level of disrespect this man put into cutting the pizza. Thank you for nothing and NEVERRRRR GO TO THIS LOCATION. Other than that pizza hut is delicious!

Worst experience ever! We have frequented this place often over the last few years, has always been clean and friendly customer service. Tonight was way different, instead of being seated or asked to find a seat, they took our order at the counter and had us pay in advance (no tip). Had to wait over 5 mins just to get a straw. Got our order to dine-in in pizza boxes (along with a larger group of people before us who got 4 boxes! ), also they no longer serve their ice tea brew which was great. After we got done eating I used the restroom, which was disgusting (pictures below). Needless to say we will never go here again, I hope the pizza hut by the u of o is better.

Ordered through the app. Showed 21.99 as the total cost. Driver showed up and gave another price. I said how much the app stated, and there was a driver fee added on that was not shown via the app. More or less driver said o well, its the price.

The young lady working was extremely mean over the phone the manager Zach was completely unprofessional when not handling the problem when we called, called us a liar telling us he will not be fixing the problem straight up said oh No No that not true said my 16 year old son stole they asked for water cups and his girlfriend accidentally got lemonade cause she got it confused cause it’s the same spout but she pored it out and got water they sat down and waited for the pizza and paid almost 30 for it came home and the pizza was doughy inside like the dough was not cooked all the way. outside underneath looked like it was cooked. There’s parts underneath the cheese and the toppings that was still doughy and we wanted to call them and tell them about it and they completely called us a liar said that my son wasn’t telling the truth and that was absolutely not right. Just cause my son and his girlfriend are of color doesn’t mean you can treat them the way you did Zach. so rude and unprofessional.
